I was just talking with a friend who hates cooking which is so wild to me bc I love cooking so much it is hard for me to understand people that don't like it, but i know many exist. my parents don't like cooking either, but my grandmothers both do, so i feel like it jumped a generation for us. and then i also wonder how much of it is learned and how much not. so! poll time

I always read about this in books but both my parents worked in high-security labs so there wasn’t exactly ever a “schoolchildren permitted today” policy. Was this actually a real thing that happened to people?

“It was incredible. 10 out of ten—more than 10 out of ten. So much fun. Yes, I did [cry]. I mean, you know this, guys. I'm a crybaby. I've been on this station multiple times on camera, I am a crier. I did cry. I probably cried more at this wedding than I cried at my own, which probably is not acceptable. Kylie’s probably not happy about that. Obviously, the ceremony was incredible. Adam Sandler was, I mean, I think he's probably the perfect person you could have officiate a wedding. Like, obviously he's hilarious and he knows how to make it entertaining and funny, but there's a sweetness to Adam and everything he does. In all his movies, it really resonates throughout. I think that Taylor and Travis were fantastic in the ceremony, and then after that, it was just a giant party. There wasn't a lot of, typically at a wedding, you're sitting around, you're doing a meal, everybody is giving speeches—no, it was like, foot on the gas, we're rolling. It was so much fun. My favorite moments were just like, the different people that were at this wedding, right? Like, in one moment, I'm going, seeing Brad Pitt pop out of a corner and talking to him. And then in the next moment, I'm seeing Mrs. Clark, who ran the attendance at Cleveland Heights High School. It was just, I haven't seen her in forever, and we're reminiscing about me trying to call out sick one time, and trying to play like I'm Ed Kelce, and she knew right away the way I wasn't Ed Kelce, and there was just hometown kids and friends there, their families, seeing the Bakers and seeing Conan O'Brien, like the tallest Irish guy I've ever seen, next to Kylie's dad. It was a very, it was an amazing evening with a lot of awesome people, and I'm just so happy for both Travis and Taylor. It was incredible.”

“There's still largely, I haven't seen any legitimate photos, really, from the wedding. Like, it's remarkable, there were 1,000 people inside Madison Square Garden. It's the biggest wedding. probably, I've ever anticipated, for sure, and there is really not a lot out there. And I think it's you know, this was obviously an effort by Travis and Taylor to really try to make this as intimate of a moment as possible. And I know they got some backlash for Madison Square. It didn't feel like Madison Square. They did a great job of like, finding an area that could be very secure, that would be someplace that they would be able to have this kind of control over it while also feeling intimate and really special. And it was incredibly done. And as for us, this is kind of the world we've been living in, to be honest with you. We respect the privacy of Taylor, her family, Travis. There is so much interest in what those guys are doing at all times. So, I think that you just get used to it, and you get used to just talking. 'I appreciate you asking, but I'm not really going to go there? "We're excited about it,' and you just kind of give answers like that. And you don't think of anybody asking questions any type of way either, you know what I mean? It's just a normal question, but it's like 'I can't go there,' or it's not, I can't, but I don't want to, because I don't want to put them in a position where all of a sudden there are articles and all these things that they—it's unfair to them."
