I found out that the new series that Malese Jow is going to be in is 10 episodes a season. So I'm holding onto hope that she'll make a few appearances by S4.

There’s that, or if she’s too busy and they want the character back, they can re-cast her. It wouldn’t be the first time they re-cast Linda park since the first time she appeared in the Verse she was much older.

She's not being recast however the writers never asked her back so she auditioned for another show that's how it goes. Shannara films for 6 months so there's always a possibility she will be back. As they film for 6 months and then are on hiatus for a year. Hope that helps!

I’m really sad that we’ll apparently never see linda on the flash again,but I’m excited for Malese Jow’s role on Shannara!(even tho she’ll be replacing my fave amberle in the main trio…) also,I heard Vanessa Morgan is playing a potential love interest for Eretria.that is a pairing I never knew I needed but am excited for

Never say never to The Flash. Malese wanted too, but the writers never asked. Can't wait to see her in Shannara though!
