some ana tips
i do not condone eating disorders at all ; these are just tips I’ve found or come up with over my 3+ years of having an ED.
keep in mind , i’m 48kg & 5'7" so these are altered to my weight/bmi
edit to make it clearer to some retards ! all ‘tips’ here are things THAT I DO PERSONALLY. These are things that WORK FOR ME and are HEALTHY FOR ME. I’m not making you do anything & id reccomend altering these to accomidate yourself.
never go over 1000 calories , ever. No exceptions
no red meats or pork ( only chicken & fish)
don’t use Just tumblr for thinspo , use instagram , pinterest , snapchat etc. Every social media so you can see More thinspo.
do not listen to other peioles perceptions if your body unless its negative.
no snacks , only eat when your stomach starts to make noise for more than 2 hours.
when you Do need to eat something , 2 carrots, cut into many small pieces ( small sticks ) & steamed with ginger & garlic for 5 min.
frozen steamed vegetable packs are your best friend! one of them is only about 125 cal, microwave it for a couple minutes & throw in some seasoning n youve got a whole meal.
no condiments that aren’t low sugar/fat/carb etc
no white bread by Any Means
buy clothes purposefully too small
TAKE YOUR VITAMINS
seriously , take your vitamins. Your immune system begins to break down if you dont take care of it & your skin, hair, nails and lips will suffer.
i personally don’t like meanspo , so i prefer to imagine what it’d be like to have someone Admire my body. Look at the positives rather than negatives.
you’re always smaller in mens sizes! ( i’m a small womens, xs/xxs mens ! )
find new hobbies to do instead of eating. I sew & make costumes instead of eating during the day !
By no means , should you ever have any food from the candy/chips aisle ( except for gum )
Walk for at least an hour every day , i use the opportunity to have a couple of smokes & get some vitamins
Never walk while fasting , you risk passing out in public
Swap out bad calories ( chips & candies ) for good calories ( vegetables & some fruits )
If you’ve got a sweet tooth , try bubblemint gum! sweet & sugarfree. good appetite suppressant
Replace meals with drinks. I’m addicted to spiced chai & coffee so often my breakfast & lunch will be liquid.
throw out/sell/put away clothes too big for you. Don’t think about what you used to weigh so you don’t go back to it.
stay on your feet! move around, put an excersize bike in front of the tv or something! don’t stop moving.
learn dances , it doesnt matter if you suck. It creates lots of endorphins (natural happy drug!) & you can burn a lot of calories from it! I learn primarily kpop/love live dances but anything works! have fun w/ it
‘dorm workouts’ and ‘apartment workouts’ on youtube are really handy , quiet so you can do them late at night / in private.
wear tight bottoms & baggy tops to make your legs look thinner
wear baggy clothing in general , it makes you feel smaller.
platform shoes ( im talkin goth platforms ) make your leg muscles flex & legs look smaller. Wear platforms.
create excuses to not eat Before you have to face people. Already have a plan ( eg. “i ate some toast and jam earlier” ) something specific so nobody questions it.
stop feeling guilty about lying to your friends.
be there for other people before yourself ( if you’re capable ) Its easy to distract yourself by worrying.
cook for other people , you get the satisfaction without having to consume it.
If thinspo isn’t your thing , look at pictures of fat people. It can motivate you to not become that.
be cold as much as you can , you burn calories shivering

how i deal with my ed
my diet:
🌸eat a MAXIMUM of 700 calories a day!
🍯drink LOTS of water!
🌸drink tea if you want extra flavor
🍯don’t eat before 2pm and after 8pm (18hr fast!)
🌸some foods i cut out of my previous diet!
soda or any other drinks that aren’t water or tea
breakfast cereals (excluding oatmeal & granola)
chips & french fries
syrup for the off chance i eat any breakfast foods that require it
any bread that isn’t Grain, Wheat, or Wheat Tortillas
ANYTHING FROM MCDONALDS💀🤮
there are many more that i will include in anothe list down the line

🍯cheat days have to be planned in advance! for example my cheat days are anytime i have a family event, because if i don’t eat or if i diet i will get hospitalized or something, or whenever i go to disneyland. family events are only about once a month, sometimes less frequent, and disneyland days are about once a week.

💐 They EXERCISE (it sucks, I know)
💐 They take care of themselves, brush teeth, moisturize, wear clean clothes, take vitamins
Go for a walk. If you can just force yourself to get outside and go, walking is a great way to be active that’s low-impact. Get some fresh air, enjoy the world around you, and relax.
Put on some tunes and dance your heart out. Dancing is super fun and makes time fly by quickly. It also burns a lot of calories without feeling like a hardcore workout. Dancing is a great stress reliever as well.
Get out of the house. Run errands or hangout with friends. You move around a lot more than you think when you’re out on the town.
Go for a swim. Swimming actually burns a high amount of calories. Go for a refreshing dip at the pool or the beach. You’ll be having too much fun to notice how much exercise you’re getting!
Buy a jump rope. Jumping rope burns more calories than almost anything else. Fit in a quick jump rope session and get sweaty.
Add resistance equipment to your workouts. This makes each exercise harder, because your muscles have to put in extra work. Consider investing in dumbells, weights, resistance bands etc.
Stand up! A lot of people just sit on the couch and watch TV all day. Stand up while enjoying your shows, while on the computer, while painting– whenever you can. Try alternating between sitting for 30 mins and then standing for 30 mins.
Fidget. Tap your feet, wiggle your fingers, move your legs up and down. This can also help keep your energy levels up. Studies show that you can burn an extra 350 calories a day simply by fidgeting.
Boost your metabolism. Exercise is a great way to do this, but there are other little hacks you can use too. Some metabolism boosters include spices, coffee, yogurt, berries, peppers, green tea, and there are many more out there.
Exercise in the morning. This can make a major difference in how much energy you have throughout the day. It’s also a great time to get moving and keeps your metabolism running smoothly. Do some yoga or cardio if you can, or just go for a walk.
Get enough sleep. Sleep keeps everything in your body working properly. It also burns calories and regulates your appetite. Simple as that, so catch some zzzzz’s.
Trick yourself into being more active. Leave your laptop in your bedroom if you know you’ll need it later, so you have to go upstairs to get it. Leave your phone in the kitchen so you have to get off the couch to answer it. This ensures that you stay active all day.
Do housework/chores. Be a productive #girlboss while torching calories.
Do HIIT workouts. These are simply amazing for fat loss! There are plenty of routines available on YouTube (I personally love the FitnessBlender channel).
Take a cold shower. While this doesn’t burn a lot of calories, it does give your metabolism a lil baby boost.
Do some light yoga or stretching. Nice, easy, and relaxing. Burns more calories than you’d think!
Build up muscle. Did you know that your body burns an extra 130 calories a day for every 3 pounds of muscle gained? Having more muscle mass increases your BMR (basal metabolic rate- the number of calories you burn naturally each day). So do strength training, don’t be afraid to lift heavy, and get toned!
Eat enough nutrients, especially fiber and protein. Healthy fats and complex carbs are also important. In order to be healthy and fit, you need to eat a balanced diet. Carbs will not make you fat! Protein will not make you bulky! You need to nourish to flourish.
I lost 5 lbs in 6 days
Here’s how :
I eased myself into it. You don’t go from eating 1500 calories to fasting in a day. That’s how you binge. You go to 1200 to 1000 and so on.
Water : First thing every morning, I drink a bottle of water. I never eat or drink anything else until I have finished my water. If you want, add some lemon to it, here are the benefits.
NO SODA omg. I’m not going to be one of those people nagging you that it’s not healthy, I don’t care about that. I’m saying to avoid it because it makes you look bloated af and will show you as way heavier on the scale, which can be huge discouragements and lead to a binge.
Drink Tea: You can’t say you don’t like tea when there are so many flavors out there and the warm water keeps you full longer. Whenever I have a craving I just drink tea and it goes away
NOT green tea : As you know, green tea boosts your metabolism, but unless you hit a plateau or have a ridiculously slow metabolism, you don’t need metabolism enhances I can’t stress this enough because when you already have a certain metabolism and spead it up, all it will do is make you absolutely ravenous. I suggest for the best results without binging and only if you really want to, drink green tea (or take green tea diet pills) before a meal. Otherwise it’s a recipe for disaster.
Only eat when you’re hungry : Screw what people say about breakfast being the most important meal of the day, start eating when you are hungry. Think about all the times you binged late at night when you had already eaten your daily calorie limit earlier, now image how much easier it would have been if you hadn’t eaten a lot until that binge.
Be creative : Most of us have safe foods but eating them regularly can be boring and repetitive. I like to spice mine up by cooking them in a different way (oven/steamed/boiled/fried with no oil) or adding different spices. Another good tip to spice your meals up is by mixing different safe foods (yogurt + nuts or fruits - carrot and sweet potato soup)
No salt : Salt makes you retain water weight, gives you chipmunk cheecks, generally bloats you and makes you show higher on the scale stay away.
Don’t stress your body: As much as dieticians and fitness addicts may preach that changing your lifestyle is key to weight loss, it really isn’t. If think you can go from laying in bed all day to having a carefully detailed, time sensitive program including 3 hard workouts then you’re wrong. Your body will associate not eating with your new stressful agenda so when you finally give up waking up at 3 am to work out then clean your room (which you will because that’s not sustainable) you will also probably binge because ‘Well, I ruined part of it, I might as well ruin all of it’. Which doesn’t sound too rational now but imagine after 7 days of green tea and veggie juices. What I’m trying to say is, don’t change your routine, don’t change your activity (at first) just change your food habits, do more of what you like doing that doesn’t involve food and focus on that. (Ex: I developed a skin care routine and made 3 blogs)
Just like food, introduce exercise gradually : Try starting by doing 5 minutes of an exercise a day. Or search on YouTube work outs for beginners, never the ones that burns the most calories because that will kick your beginner ass and make you never want to work out again. Slowly make it a habit and I promise you’ll have a lot less pulled muscles

Infused Water!
A lot of people probably think infused water is bullshit and only makes gives the water some flavour but I personally disagree. While you won’t drop 20 pounds overnight, or never get sick again I find that it does help. I have experienced minor benefits from drinking infused water. Plus it will help you drink water AND if your someone who doesn’t finish fruit and things like me it’s a good way to use it. Anyway here’s a little master post on infused water.

brush your teeth & skin care routine

write to-do list for the day

AFTER SCHOOL ;
work off to-do list
eat lunch
go to the library at 3pm
in library: do your homework, learn, read
after you finished school work, take a walk
EVENING
eat lunch at 5pm
go to the gym (6pm to 7pm)
brush your teeth & skin care routine
watch a film
silent workout
go to bed at 10pm
DIET;
start monday with 1200 calories
every week, you take 100 calories away (for example, this week 1200 calories, next week 1100 calories)
do this until 400 calories
if you binged, fast the next day
always plan your meals a week ahead
GOALS;
read at least 30 mins a day
don’t get anything less than a B in school
fast every sunday
you get ONE cheat meal on tuesday, fast the rest of the day
walk at least 7,000 steps a day
enjoy your food
