sirius getting hit by a car as padfoot but there's too many muggles around for him to change back. this results in all of the bystanders worrying over him until they decide to take this poor untagged mutt to the vet. when padfoot is at the vet he waits until he's in the exam room alone before he turns back into sirius and attempts to sneak out of the window.

remus who finds an erratic (but frankly gorgeous) looking man with one leg in and one leg out of his veterinarian office window when he comes in to examine the giant black dog that was brought in by a few concerned muggles.
