OH WOW IT’S BEEN A WHILE. Sorry about that; real life has been a beast and sometimes you just don’t want to be online, y’know? But hey, here are some feels to go with angst fluff dragonslayer whatever week this is now. Some expressions might be hard to read because apparently trying to draw giant dragons and tiny humans together throws off my sense of scale like whoa.

I actually drew most of this right after the dragons appeared in the recent manga arc (when I didn’t know what Skiadrum looked like and thus he is mostly a featureless scribble) but then Certain Things Happened and I was sad about continuing it. And some of this feels like really odd characterisation to me, knowing now where the canon story went. Anyway, now that I’m trying to revisit some unfinished projects, we can be sad together! :D D:

Rogue: I respected her strength and power, but I besides that I was never really fond of her. She was even more malevolent than the former guild master that she might as well have been the one running the guild instead. Obviously I was too blind with the desire to become stronger to see this, but her deeds during the Grand Magic Games were proof of that. She took it too far for the sake of upholding Sabertooth’s reputation, only to disappear upon defeat. I do not wish ill will upon her, but I hope she learned to be bit more humble.
