This is VICTIM BLAMING.
Let me spell that out for you: Someone got heavily victimized. They made a post warning other players LINKING TO PROOF OF THE ABUSE. We reblogged the hell out of that post, because no one should be SUICIDE BAITED. No one should be victimized like this. Or LIKE THIS which affected way more people than just Rhea.
This is absolutely lousy behavior for site administrators to be partaking in. Instead of victim blaming, how about you get some of the real sick people off your site? There are so many people who do so many absolutely atrocious things on FR and get away with it scott free until their shit is called out and people are warned; while the site does nothing about these infractions. But the one person who does something? Who warns people? You give her a temp ban? You, and the rest of the staff involved in this action, all need to take a serious time-out. This action does not protect members. This action shames and blames a victim. Get your act together.

For safety above anything else. They are incredibly toxic. They want to hurt others, and don’t care what will happen.
They have suicide-baited me. They vandalize pinglists on the site.
Their latest behavior, http://web.archive.org/web/20160630043912/http://zyxyz-fr.tumblr.com/post/146686760479/lucatrifr-congratulations-to-those-who-sent-me I have no doubt that some of that hate was sent by Zyxyz themselves.
If called out they will claim suicidal tendencies themselves and say they will commit suicide, to make people stop their callouts. They have never shown this to be anything but manipulative behavior. They have never shown any actual remorse for their actions.
Consider installing statcounter for your blogs. Block them on tumblr and on FR. If they’re on any other sites you’re also on, block them there - this behavior is not restricted to FR/tumblr, they’ve pulled similar stuff on Clanheart to my knowledge. Do not send them hate, it only validates them/feeds them. Do not engage, you cannot ‘win’ against a person like them.
I may not reply to asks/messages about this, as they are a person I don’t particularly enjoy thinking about.
