Welcome to the Ghostie-verse blog! A personal AU of mine, but also just a home for general Ghost stuffs!

To start, this is mainly a SFW environment, so if you're under age, its generally safe, but I would still prefer adults here lol. But I personally don't post anything explicit nor will I reblog it. There could be something slightly suggestive that gets in, but for the most part, I like to keep it chill. That being said, if there is something of that nature, I will tag it or spoiler it, depending.

Name: Chain Ghoul

Summoner: Primo Emeritus

Summoned: Nov 12th, 1966

Pronouns: He/it/they

Fun Facts!

Was summoned during a total solar eclipse. Because of this, their elemental powers are much stronger than other water ghouls'.

Mostly talks in clicks and deep hums that no one except for a handful of people and ghouls understands. Due to this, they mostly use sign language to communicate.

Their body is semi-translucent.

He glows in the dark. Their ears, tips of hair, and the top portion of their horns are bioluminescent. Though they still emit a soft glow during the day as well.

Has long sharp ear bones, sharp bones in his gills, and a barbed tail.

Really only tolerates one person, and it's Primo. Spends most of their day helping the ex-Papa in the garden, doing some of his evil bidding, and protecting/helping his summoner to the best of their ability.

When Primo summoned Chain, he was the youngest bishop to become Cardinal in ministry history due to being able to summon a powerful ghoul and survive.

Got it's signature chain from Primo. Was mostly given so it would rattle when Chain walked by, alerting people where he was. There are two reasons for this. One, Chain is extremely quiet when walking around. Secondly (and most importantly), because Chain will bite anyone if they bump into him, his fault or not.

okay enough yelling. First: dont question all the maid dresses happening on this island; I warned these fuckers about the decor AND they are all having the "fashionista" quirk so theres some wack shit going on. SECOND: The new kid is a boy named Beau, and he is going to be Phantom's actual mini-me in terms of personality wise. Nixie is more like Rain in personality cuz thats how it works here and im also lowkey lazyyyyy(?)

FOR REAL THOUGH. Nixie IS indeed going to be canon in my AU AND SO THATS WHY I WAS STUN-LOCKED WHEN THEY ASKED FOR A SECOND ONE IM STILL TRYING TO GET THE OTHER COUPLES TO EVEN HAVE THEIR FIRST KID, THESE BITCHES ARE BEING GREEDYYYY- I just hope I don't end up getting TOO attached to Beau and try to find a way to insert him in the AU cuz he is literally not part of what I had in mind; Rain and Phantom were just going to have the one XD IDK, WE'LL SEE. The whole having Nixie thing is so far away in the actual story so we'll see how it goes if it gets to that point.

(Just another note; I totally based Beau's hair off of teen!Cosmo cuz i think that was funny and cute)

OH BOY WHERE TO START-

idk if posted it, but I added Alpha and Ifrit! Alpha and Primo ended up moving in together lol i wanna finish making all the ghouls and then still wanna do photoshoots with their respective Papas as well but that also means i may have to attempt to make robes and shit so... guh...

okay now that im like almost deadset on putting Dewdrop in a polyship with Aether and Clarity(OC), I've also been entertaining the concept that while he of course is absolutely dedicated and loves his partners, they don't mind it when he occasionally thirsts over Rain or something, even though Rain will have been in his QPR with Phantom at that point too.

for example, I've also entertained the idea of Rain being brave one day and maybe expressing that he wants some piercings and Phantom is all for it cuz he wants to support Rain no matter what and hes all "Oh that would be fun for you, darling! I think you'd look beautiful in whatever you pick out! :D" while Dewdrop is actively steaming over some less pure thoughts right next to Aether who just shakes his head with a fond smile and quietly reminds Dewdrop that HE has some choice piercings on his person too which just makes poor Dew damn near explode.

IDK I JUST THINK... it would be an interesting character choice/maybe quirky flaw that despite Dewdrop finally having a set relationship, he still gets horny over Rain's annoying beauty and instead of fucking HIM, he now just gets to have two loving partners who can help him with that JKASLSLJHK

He does sometimes go up to Phantom and is weirdly angry that him and Rain don't really fuck cuz thats an opportunity that you should experience at least once like wtf are you doing??? He is aware of Phantom being aro-ace and sex-repulsed specifically and hes not being a dick about it per se, but sometimes he has moments where he genuinely doesn't get how they are together without even thinking of trying it once. But thats his flaws to bear, not Rain nor Phantom's. He knows he has his unique relationship too and in the end if they're all happy, then its fine XD

also i think i just am enjoying giving these ghoulies decently realistic flaws that both hinder and accelerate their growth over time, or its just a part of who they are and won't change, but thats what makes them them, ya know?

Happy 1st Birthday Daylight!

Realized last night while yapping to my friend about Randy that Daylight’s anniversary is TODAY. So I rushed this!! It’s not the most accurate and I’m still messing around with this shading but I like this, different versions under the cut!

I just wanna add too, this past year of Bones Shredder has been the best, I’m so incredibly thankful that Randy has branched out and created my personal favorite record! This has brought me so much joy and many new friends, there’s so much more I could say but that’s all for now! BATS!!🦇🖤
