There are so many important little character-building moments for Letstat this season. Just in the last episode alone:

he patiently listened to salamander's awful song, than gave some constructive criticism to TC and then ended up making an actual song out of it.

he readily welcomed alex back and was very warm and gentle in his words with him when he could have been annoyed.

he obviously deeply appreciates and respects christine and how she runs things, enough to ask for her help in the interview.

that small moment where fareed corrected him was really sweet and shows that he respects his opinion and doesn't mind being corrected (and was very empathetic about his mother).

Idk, I just remember while reading the books last year: god I really hope we get to see the way he's actually quite endeared to others, and the way he loves people and gets life from them. He's not this cold, unfeeling monster who only uses people (and what else are we to conclude from a tale told by someone who thought they should hate him? It's understandable, but it's time to move on).

Ghestie mixtapes!!

First of all I wanna say yayayayyayaayya mixtapes are back and should be back on schedule soon! Me and Jim both got super busy with life but we have a set plan <3 so yay!

And speaking of @jimothybarnes ….

There’s 1 million things to say about Jim honestly. I’ve been threatening him with this mixtape for months but I finally got to it <3

One of the nicest most supportive people we have around here, truly he is so important to our community, a friendly face that talks to everyone and doesn’t shy away from weird or education or anything really.

He has a wonderful list of kink resources for fanfic and real life purposes. Honestly is blog is wonderful for kink exploration, it’s such a safe space and will teach you how to do things correctly! For whatever wicked things you may need it for

And his recommendation list is second to none. I know for a fact he goes out of his way to find smaller creators to hype up while also keeping the regular ecosystem moving. A needed part of our community, we always need to strive to find need artists and creatives!

And for all my creatives, he even put together this wonderful blog specifically for ghost prompts! All you could ever need is over there, and it’s such a good inspiration, even if you can’t find anything, he takes requests!

And of course I have to mention our collaboration with the ghestie mixtapes project. I couldn’t do it without him. (Trust me, I tried once. Do you know how much work goes into those posts??!!? There’s a reason I’m just the designer LMFAO) but he goes so far out of his way to make those special for everyone and I couldn’t have a better person working on this project with me <3

fuck, man, that was a tough watch. best episode so far but holy shit i feel like a wrung out dish towel. the tonal whiplash from the “your biggest fan” music video to gabriella with lestat’s double to the reveal that the interview session was a hallucination to the parallel reading of claudia’s diary entry and lestat’s assault by magnus to the quiet tragedy of lestat’s performance as each character seems to wallow in their own loneliness in different ways. this is the true voice of the show, and it’s fucking incredible.
