Quirks: he's A PIECE OF SHIT, He's aggressive towards everyone but never knows how to react if they actually argue back or submit he just fumbles, he runs away if he sees Jane in the halls (she's a freshman) but he walks home behind her to "make sure she's not fucking anything up" (keep her safe).
Random information: If he doesn't like something or thinks it's a little overrated, he'll say "Well that's gay". He had a pet dog named Buster but it always loved Jane more so he just gave up. He wore braces from grades 8-10.
Extra (self-insert lol): Bill has a boyfailure girlfriend (Ellie-May) who is Jerry's cousin. They constantly butted heads until one day he was like, "Why do you always have to infiltrate our club meetings?
