“Oh, congratulations.”
“Thanks. How’s your year been so far? Not too good I hope.”
“Now that’s a spirit!”
“Of course. I’ve always got spirit when it comes to being the best”
“No, not my mother. Though she would agree with me.”
“Whatever helps you sleep at night”
No patience? Anyway don’t I get a ‘it’s good to see you again too’?
“Fine. You’re one of the few people I can say that to and actually mean it, so... It’s good to see you too, Finn. Happy?”
I guess you were dropped on your head as a baby, I don’t have any other explanation for you non-stop raging bitch attitude.
“You’re the problem, not me. When you’re annoying the bitch attitude just comes naturally, so you’re to blame.”
I don’t need ‘stupid happy new year’ texts. My year is going to be good, because I’m going to make it good”
Lunch and Shopping |Dante & Gigi|
Gigi had been home and away for a while now, and quite frankly, Dante missed the girl when she wasn’t around. Over the months, the two of them had grown rather close. And the boy could honestly say she was one of the few people he liked here–one of the few he considered a friend. So when she asked him to join him on a shopping trip, he didn’t doubt his answer, even though he hated shopping.
When he finished getting ready, he looked at his watch. Five minutes late, this must be a record. Usually he went for half an hour. However Gigi didn’t seem so pleased with that, hearing how she nearly knocked down his door whilst he was tying his shoes. “Will you calm down?” He asked chuckling as he opened his door, only to find Gigi standing there.
Getting along with Dante had taken her by surprise, she didn’t plan to end up being close to him, but by now, there was no denying they were. She was surprised she could still consider him a friend, but also she was a little scared. She had always thought she was better off in her own and having someone she could call a friend meant she cared, and caring about people had gotten her nothing but trouble.
“Just because I wanted to hang out with you of all people doesn’t mean you get to make me wait!” Gigi complained once Dante opened the door. “Come on” She rushed him, putting her hand around his arm and pulling him out of the dorm.
Once he came eye to eye with the brunette, a chuckle escaped past his lips and he shook his head. “Sorry I put this privilege to shame.” He said in an overly decent accent, only to step forward and close his door behind him. But he didn’t have much time to lock it as she grabbed his arm and pulled him along. “Calm down, Wilde, we have all day.” The boy said as he noticed her rush, frowning softly. Why had he agreed to this again? Right–Because she was one of his few friends.
“Apology accepted” She said with a smile and looked at him. “We have all day for the shopping yes, but I’m hungry, meaning I’ll start getting moody any second now, unless you hurry, so hurry!” She complained again as they walked through the hall and up to the parking lot. "I don't think you'll want to walk all the way back carrying about one hundred bags, so I suggest we take your car" she said. Gigi was looking forward about today, she was curious to find out how the day was going to turn out to be.
WOh god…you truly are a sunshine.
“And you’re really not”
“Because I already lost the receipt so we can’t exchange it now.”
“Can’t you do a little effort and find it? “
“Now that’s just untrue. I dress pretty well.”
“Says who? Your mom doesn’t count”
Listening to the brunette, Ester eagerly nods her head, blonde hair bouncing on her shoulders as she did so, lips tugging upwards into a grin. “ i can’t wait i love shopping ! where first then ? “
“Just so we are clear, just because you’re coming with me doesn’t mean we are friends.” The girl decided to tell the blonde. “I don’t know yet, I’ll decide once we get to the mall...and that has to be sooner rather than later so hurry up! Lets get going, I don’t have all evening”
what are friends for? -lies and deep secrets-
Theo: Christmas was right about the corner, which, sadly and somewhat annoyingly; want Theodore was supposed to head home for a few days. He could think of a reason not to but was having difficulty with figuring out what it might be that didn't consist of some sort of a play they would want to come watch or bad grades they would kill him for. Surely, he could mention somethin foolish like the fact that he wants to stay here because of friends but they'd just laugh at that. He would consider it. There were a few more days roll figure it out because, surely, he could not bare another holiday with those people. Saturday morning arrived and he was awoken by the sound of text messages, flying in his iphone's inbox like a flock of annoying birds. With a sigh he turned rhetorically volume off and went to shave and brash his teeth, deciding against the first, seeing that his scrub was almost non existing yet. Took him 20 minutes to get ready and get dressed but soon enough he was in front of Gigi's door. He knocked loud and heavy. "Wakey wakey shoppaholic! Time for you monthly dose!"
Gigi: Gigi got out of bed and walked up to the door, still half asleep. “OMG. What time is it!?” She asked once she saw Theo on the other side of the door, ready to go. She stood there, looking up at him, confused. “I most have slept through my alarm” She announced as if it wasn’t obvious. She ran a hand through her hair, suddenly aware she was standing in front of him in her pj’s, with no make-up on and messy hair. He might be one of her closest friends, but that didn’t mean he was supposed to see her like that, actually he of all people was not supposed to see her like that, she liked him after all, even though she was never going to admit that out loud. “Give me fifteen minutes and I’ll be ready to go” She told him and began looking through her clothes, trying to find something to wear; once she did she hurried to the bathroom and got changed. She walked out a few minutes after, brushing her hair as she did. “I’m almost done, don’t you dare let me go shopping by myself”
“Why must you force me to put effort in? I’ll have you know, I still have fantastic taste; thank you very much. Right then, what time tomorrow did you want to do this shopping spree?”
“It’s not effort, look at it more like a challenge, don’t you love those? You still have fantastic taste? I kinda doubt it, you’ll have to prove it. Around three-ish maybe?”
Yeah I guess it is Christmas huh?
“And just because it’s Christmas you think I’ll be interested in talking to you or...?”
“Yes it’s a Christmas present. Be glad, I don’t care enough about most people to give them one.”
“But how am I supposed to be glad if I don’t like it? I’m an actress, I could pretend just fine, but I rather just be honest here”
Now? Fine, Gigi. Let me grab my coat.
“Yes now. No, there’s no time for that. You can get a new coat once we get there.”
