Hey everyone!! Thanks so much for the support and bearing with me through the angst! I think I may have gone overboard with this, but I spent too much time on it to go back now and I really like the sunset gradient! I don't know if it was worth trading the simplicity/original grey vibe but I think it still looks pretty.

#reasons why Avery hates sunrises and mornings and frankly all time without Derek #Meanwhile reasons why Derek genuinely loves mornings and lowkey gets terror instilled at night with specific lighting #I'm not kidding. We experienced it and literally made art abt it (that most likely wont be shared? idk)(I'm not either of em btw lmao)#Derek is like a reincarnated version who got to live twice but its as if Avery isnt really here with him #and Avery lives knowing he wont ever actually have Derek again that way and we only ever exist as one person at a given time (usually?)#Bro literally built a house in mc for Avery and him btw and went “You deserve the best things in life/everything/the world” and I'm not even #joking lad. BRO WROTE AN ESSAY ON MC SIGNS.#Lowkey their relationship is that Derek is a ghost that's haunting Avery despite fronting more than him. And he just wants solace #and Avery's happiness (which like. won't happen.)#And Avery is in a nigh constant state of mourning his best friend that didn't even exist in the first place. And doesn't know what to do #Neither is actually really all that good at having a purpose lol; at least Derek was kinda functional tho despite being “at peace”#So anyways this hits close to home for us despite I as an alter being generally unaffiliated with these guys LOL #felt like important lore to share #these two will princely rarely if ever front again which sucks but I'm cooler (I will also be replaced bc I ain't doin SHIT lol)#PRINCELY????#I think I meant likely 😭 or probably. but yk
