Creamed Spinach Pasta with Sausage and Pine Nuts
Hearty Pork Stew - Spring is just around the corner in California. Clear skies feature more than dusky clouds these days, leaving the chilly tendrils of winter behind. Meanwhile, in perpetually humid Singapore, I am trying to keep up with my regular runs but oftentimes the weather beats me at my game. And with that I power across the finish line. Along with cold weather runs, hearty soups are a staple for us during the cooler months. Just the thought of dinner at the end of a long run or an extended hike is motivation enough. Here we share our pork stew that is full-bodied, rich in flavors and keeps well. Sometimes simple pleasures are enough.
