We won a fancy painted photo from a local-ish studio in Ft.Worth. So we took the boys and got us a fancy family photo.

It should be here in a couple months ! I hate how I look but my partner came out sexy af and the boys did so well.

So, it’s been a while and now my cat family has two boy orange babies. The cat distribution center said it’s time to stop being sad and just get eaten alive by kittens 😂

Meet Chester and Charlie. Both of which I expected to be lizards and turned out to be scrawny dehydrated orange babies 😂.

No longer stepcats but my little menace sons.

I miss her so much. Sarah was my service animal as much as an untrained kitten could be.

She loved going places with me. We dubbed her “travel cat. “

Now I can’t go anywhere. I can barely shop for groceries. Can’t afford curb side or delivery.

My sweet Sarah. We went through so much together.

Lyra, my beloved cat of 13 years, passed away this year on Father's Day. She's been by my side through very difficult times and was my little rock of steady and unrelenting love. I struggled a lot drawing this, and struggled a lot posting it, but I know I would've wanted to read a comic like this that validated my grief for her when I lost her.

Wherever you are, Lyra my little summer star, I love you always! Thank you for being the best thing in my life.

We’ve had to say goodnight to Miss Sarah for the last time. It seems like she developed a neurological issue that was slowly taking the use of her legs and I am unfortunately not financially well enough to afford the hospitalization and medical care she would’ve needed to struggle through to try to beat this. She was taking everything as well as she possibly could and had taken to sleeping all day. I spent the last two days caring for her, sitting with her and trying to feed her the treats she’s always loved.

Goodnight my sweet ginger step cat. You were the best girl and there is a kitten shaped hole in my heart where my Sarah would be tonight.

Poor Miss Sarah has lost the use of her back left leg, and I’m barely breaking even in financials as it is so we’re stuck waiting for the vet to get back to us.

Not knowing and not being able to afford to just take her to a specialty hospital and let them figure her out is killing me :(
