Suspiciously, the company in question is owned by Qatari oligarchs Moutaz and Ramez Al-Khayyat. Kushner's ties to dirty Gulf money are well-established. They blossomed during his time in the first Trump administration, where he twisted American foreign policy to benefit specific actors in the region in return for massive investments and business advantages. This deal is rotten all the way to the core.

The Al-Khayyats have snatched up property along a protected stretch of coastline of the Adriatic Sea and it's here and on a nearby island that Kushner intends on erecting his resort for the top 1% of the top 1%. Given what we know about the Trump family, it's safe to presume that the development will serve as a paradise for pedophiles, war criminals, and human traffickers.

But this time, Jared bit off more than he can chew. Albanians are a proud, defiant people. They've survived centuries of larger regional powers seeking to divide their land, rewrite their history, and erase their culture. They're not going to let one greedy businessman defeat them now.

This isnt just about these two, its about the rotten and corrupt system of our country, where pensioners don't even get enough to make ends meet, we are ranked fourth in europe when it comes to property prices, where a working family wpuld need at least 18 years with no living expenses to be able to pay off a house, where 1.2 million albanians have emigrated to other states because they dont see a future here, hospitals don't have resources and the conditions are horrendous (mold. no medicine, no equipment), people dont have constant electricity and water, prices skyrocket and wages stay the same, our pm is flying in thousands of people from third world countries to "fix" problems he himself created, thousands of albanians have been robbed off their properties, the identity of tirana is being wiped out from tall skyscrapers built for money laundering. Zvernec and Sazan are only the tip of the iceberg, i can stay here all day naming all the injustices of my country. But enough is enough!! We will march to the streets every day until we see change, and everyday more will join, despite the possible blackmail. Spread the word!!!
