7/1/26 UPDATE: i have so far been unsuccessful in securing employment, i have been applying to jobs for months and been rejected by every single one. i have applied for financial aid through the state's benefits program but the process is slow going and my case is still under review; i do not know when or if or how much aid we will be receiving after all is said and done. on top of this we are currently living with a transphobic relative and our situation would greatly improve if we could afford to move out of here. i understand times are tough for everyone right now so i don't want anyone to feel like they have to donate when they are currently struggling themselves, but if you are in a position where you feel comfortable doing so, any amount you can afford to give it would be a big help ❤️ stay safe out there

7/8/26 UPDATE: benefits application got denied and on top of this the bank hit us with an unexpected fee for seemingly no reason. i will try and dispute these but things are starting to look pretty bleak...........any dime you can spare would be a big help
