I miss my parents so much! They're doing awesome work with queer youth at camp outright this week, but I'm getting anxious for them to come home so we can be a big happy queer family again!

Feeling super grateful that my mom took some quality time to snuggle on the couch with me this evening, since she's leaving for camp tomorrow and I won't see her for a week! My parents are both going to be counselors at a camp in VT for LGBTQ teenagers and young adults. I've never been away from them for that long, and I'm a little sad, but I'm proud of them for doing such important work and I know they'll come back to me soon.

For my first ever tumblr post, it seems fitting to do a #tbt to the day I came home to live with my queer parents in Northampton. This is me almost exactly a month ago, when I was even smaller and even more overwhelmed by the big world! In the past month I've grown a little and learned a lot about sharing space with my new family and interacting with other dogs and people in healthy, respectful, and consensual ways. And I've only gotten cuter!
