super simple cherry chia pudding
Never know what to do with chia seeds? This is your answer. This chia pudding is so quick and easy anyone can throw it together. And you can use any flavour you want – just swap out the cherries!
“Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 and 6, protein, fibre and key minerals – enjoy!” Jess, graze nutritionist
ingredients
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp yoghurt
250ml almond milk
cherries!
instructions
Pour the chia seeds, maple syrup, yoghurt and milk into a jar. Slice the cherries and add them, stirring everything together before you screw the lid on top.
Place your mixture in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours). The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid will all be absorbed.
Add some more freshly chopped cherries and any toppings – we’ve used blueberries but you can use any fruits, seeds, syrups or granolas you fancy.
Order whole bags of pure chia seeds now from the graze online shop!
