The Haunting In Connecticut (2009)
Alex coughed, “What well… What?" She said confused. "I…" She blinked. "Um… So, there’s a whole government sponsored group of werewolves and vampires?" She asked. "That… That’s kinda nuts." She muttered.
Vera chuckled nervously before admitting, "When you put it that way, it is."
To prove my dad wrong. reblog if you are under the age of 30.
my dad thinks you’re all 50 year old sexual predators or something…
"A ridiculous company of sorts that /has/ to know everything, even if it really is none of their business." She said. “I don’t like ‘em."
"That's dumb, you can say. Millennium only learns information from 'competing' organizations," Vera said.
He smirked sadistically, eyeing her with envy. Yes, she could feel pain, indeed. And it was just such an occasion that he’d prove who the master of torture was. “Mmm… I’m going to toy with you a bit… Perhaps give you a bit of your own medicine?~" He drew a dagger out from his cloak and raised it above her right hand. In a matter of seconds, he’d plunged it down into the center of her palm, impaling her to the ground. Knowing that he could now use his right hand more freely, he reached onto his belt to grasp a writhing glass container of maggots.
Her eyebrows knitted themselves together as she waited for his next move. She made no sound as the daggars was stabbed into her flesh. If she had, it was almost inaudible. "Do what you want...," She grunted, closing her eyes. She had no idea of what was coming next...
"Oh…" Momo’s eyebrows raised a bit in surprise. It was a bit of a scary thought. I guess that’s what fur and moccasins are for, though.
"I don't know," Vera sihed, shrugging. "Some people like the cold. I don't."

"No…You don’t understand…" He continued, lowering his masked face to hers. His eyes held the potential for endless insanity, their reflection enough to make one quiver in fear. For now, he’d simply use them for what they were, a tool. “You petty creatures think yourselves so cunning… So advanced…" He cooed his words sweetly as he lowered his knee to put extreme pressure on her internal organs. “But in the end… You’re just another breed of animals that hasn’t gone extinct, and is long overdue."
She let a small whimper of mostly shock when she felt the extreme pressure on her organs. "Get rid of me then. Go on. I'm not going to stop you..." Once again, she silently turned her head the other way, and waited. Her petty? She didn't think of herself as that-- along with cunning, but she decided not to correct him.

Alexa blinked, “Closest to human?" She asked. "What does that make the other members of the group? Not human I would imagine… But, well, what are they?" She asked.
"Vampires. Werewolves. Depends on which section you go to." Again, she shrugged. "If you don't believe me, I'm not surprised."
Alexa blinked, “You’re blind? The Chef dies and they put a blind person in charge of the meals?" She asked. "I… That doesn’t seem like a good idea to me." She muttered as she opened up the freezer, getting out a modest supply of wurst. "How many people, roughly, are in this ‘millenium’ group?"
"I'm the closet to human among the group, so the threw it at me." Vera shrugged. "About...Um...over a thousand-- but I only need to cook for one person because he's the only one one that needs to eat."
"Huh. As I said, the water tribes are in cold climates, too. They’re on the north and south pole. The Fire Nation is on a few volcanic islands, and the Air Temples sit on islands at each of the cardinal directions. The Earth Kingdom is the largest, and has the most differing environments- from deserts to swamps and forests."
"Siberia, if you went barefoot outside, you'd lose your toes in ten minutes. In Antarctica it would be less than five. That makes sense."
