Looking for an old FF7 fanfic- Answer to the Planet?

Hi everyone! I’m hopping someone here can help me!

I’m looking for an OLD FF7 fanfic, that was written and released pre-Advent Children days! I found several of the chapters on some old floppy discs (hahaha) and am dying to find more. I’ve done a google search with no luck!

It was written by someone that went by the name “Dark Nation” and had multiple chapters. Maybe around 20? The also included their hotmail email, but I’m sure they don’t check that anymore.

It was about Rufus dying during the weapon attack, but being (basically) reborn by the plant and waking up with Mako eyes. AVALANCHE gets involved and tries to figure out what happened to him, only to discover he was made into a new weapon by the planet.

Horrible description, I know, but I’m dying to reread it and see how it ended. Does anyone remember this? Or know where to find all the chapters? OR ARE ONE OF YOU DARK NATION?!
