Maria the Energy Monster is part of the kid villain squad. We’ve got Tobey the Boy Genius, Eileen the Birthday Girl, and Victoria the Best already. :D Let her join!
Eileen and Maria are best friends. Not only are they both chronically lonely, but they share a few interests! They’re equally energetic and willing to be loyal. They’ve just never had a friend not ditch them before. No one wants to be friends with Eileen because they’re scared of Birthday Girl and Eileen’s smothering. No one wants to be friends with Maria because they don’t like hearing her talk or don’t see her as a person. Also kaiju girls on a very passionate mission would be amazing.

UnFair City does less to support or rehabilitate the villains than the Villain Association does. Seriously, the lack of shits the government gives about the criminals is appalling. You’d think they’d get some services like therapy to help them out, but nope. So who takes care of that? The Villain Association! They’re a huge family :)
Victoria is a closeted ace. Before moving out especially, she seems like someone who would have internalized aphobia to me. It fits with her theme so well? The whole "I have to be my family's idea of perfect" thing. Sure it can work with being lesbian as well, and I’m aware that’s a common headcanon, but I mean... idk, I can see her accepting other ace people as she learns about asexuality but also going "lol but that's not me, I just haven't found the right person <insert more aphobic myths here>"
Becky is Filipina diaspora. As a kid, I always believed this and projected it onto her, and I do like it.
Chubby Violet. She's canonically a stick but does it look like I care?
Victoria dyes her hair. I was inspired by Claríssa, but instead, I made her a natural blonde that dyes her hair bright purple when she finally rebels. Slayyy
