Ok, I can completely understand that some people don't like The Patrick Star Show, I personally don't like it either. Despite this, I think that everyone should take a tiny moment to appreciate Spongebob's design in it.

Hate ALL you want, but his little bow-tie and hair swirl will forever capture my heart. He is the cutest little thing.

Ok, I have an idea kind of. I don't know how it would work exactly...

I really really like the 1993 movie "The Good Son" and I made a post about what if it got remade. I don't think its really something that would spark alot of interest, and honestly people might not like the movie. It's rather unpopular and there isn't much on it. I might make a bluesky account too specifically to talk more about this idea because Tumblr doesn't really seem like enough and I want to see if people actually like whatever idea I'm abt to scheme up.

Instead of rewritting a script and putting it on ao3, I'm probably just going to come up with my own version myself. Not a carbon copy, but I'm sure I could come up with something achieving the same kind of vibe and idea with different characters and ideas.. plus, I've been really into Backrooms and I keep wondering what would happen if Henry and Mark were in the backrooms. Basically I'm probably just gonna change around the names, come up with like headcanon ass designs for the kids, and then possibly do something similar to Backrooms while not putting them directly into the backrooms.

I don't know how popular the idea would be, but maybe at some point I could pitch it to someone farther down the line because I've always wanted to make a movie and Kane Parsons is 21 and he did it... so it makes me believe in myself (that probably wont last long)...

I don't know, if anyone has any ideas I'd be down for hearing, whether its related to The Good Son or Backrooms. Also need 2 boy names that aren't Henry and Mark to name them.

Movie Idea...

Does anyone know the movie 'The Good Son'? I have watched it a couple times and I kind of want to know what it would be like if it was remade. Like not some kind of money grab remake, I mean making it more like.. realistic maybe, using more knowledge we have now, etc.

I honestly might end up rewriting it myself and putting it on Ao3, because Disney technically has the writes to it and the idea of pitching anything to them makes me quiver in my little boots. I hope to pitch a movie someday though. But what would you guys think if you've seen it, would that be a cool idea. Only downside is no baby Elijah Wood or Macaulay Culkin..
