How you became a Glitzer/Mia fan?: I had seen someone I follow reblog a picture of her and was like “Wow what a babe" so I followed the tags to the mia tag and learned more about her. Then I heard Hell On Heels by Shoot The Freak and fell in love and admiration with this woman. I obviously wanted to join the Glitzers to show my support for her *u*
Brag about yourself!: I take really good care of my cats and my twitter is pretty hilarious and I like to compliment people because you never know, they could really need it.

We are super excited to announce Sam as this week's glitzer of the week! This lovely lady makes spreading love her life. She goes out of her way to make her friends smile and will always be there to listen. Sam doesn't let her bad days get in the way of being there for the people she loves. This angel is always willing to make new friends and has an infectious laugh.

Brag about yourself!: I really kicked ass as the lead adult in the spring musical this year like a ton of people said that I stole the show????? I just really love musical theatre and I got so many positive responses to my performance this past year I just love my school so much and want to live there for the rest of my life people make me feel good there.

How Katelyn became a Glitzer!
I always tend to root for the underdog, so as soon as i saw people saying rude things to/about mia, i kind of jumped in to play devil’s advocate and defend her. as for the glitzers, one night i came home from work to a particularly drama-filled night on tumblr and everyone had just started posting in this new tag to get away from the craziness. a year later and here we are :)

So I am super excited to announce that this week the winner is my fellow admin on this blog, Katelyn!
I could say a million nice things about her, but I don't want her to think I like her, so I'll just use some of the nomination to tell you how great she is.
How they spread love: (Don’t make me say nice things about her, please, anything but that)Kateblinn spreads love by being so awesome! She’s always so level-headed and calm and sweet and an angel. She’s willing to help out her friends, and others. What a peach.
Why they should be GOTW: DJ Kateblinn should be GOTW because she’s lovely. She’s pretty and nice and sugar and spice. Whenever someone is down in the dumps, she find a way to make them smile/laugh. She was kick-ass music taste and is a smart cookie!

Now, this is the story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down!
How did you become a Glitzer/Mia fan? Oh man, okay. It was March/April 2011 and some picture of the members of Shoot the Freak were on my dashboard, and I though, “Huh. Maybe I’ll check them out later.” And then those photos of Darren and Mia at one of their concerts came out and I was like, “Okay, if Darren likes them, they must be pretty good (and I hope that girl sings as good as she looks because wow).” So I listened to Hell on Heels and I WAS RIGHT. And then Mars told me about the Glitzer idea a few days after it was established and I thought it was really cool, and the rest is probably in my archive history.
