Drowning on my own thoughts

Feeling so empty. My biggest wish at the moment is to find a therapist. I can't deal with my emotions anymore. I can't control my panic attacks. Every day is a struggle for survival and I thank god and the universe every night before falling asleep for surviving another day. This flashbacks are like demons. I'm fighting with them and i want to ignore them but the harder i try to ignore them they get louder and stronger.
