I love the detail in AKOTSK, where Aegon the First is referred to by Valarr as the Dragon, while Dunk refers to him as the Conqueror. I don’t know if it was intentional, but I think it perfectly illustrates how the lower classes view the Targaryens, compared to how the Targaryens view themselves.
