Mood post Superman
Shoutout to Superman (2025) for making it incredibly fucking clear that Superman is for good people. He’s hope. He’s love. He’s supportive. He’s an immigrant. He supports Palestine. He loves animals. He protects children.
The movie is a light. If you’ve been feeling really depressed about the world lately I’d highly suggest watching Superman.

Guys do you think she’s excited
Just re-watched "Babel" Of Batman Beyond (Season 2, Episode 12). I wanted to point out several tropes I've stumbled across the episode and how it shows human disturbingly hypocritical behaviour and their capricious opinions.
At the beginning of the episode, Bruce recounts a story from his old days when he was last-minute aided by Robin and Terry asks him what he would have done if Robin hadn't shown up, Bruce evades the question by redirecting their concerted effort instead of chit-chatting to repair the damaged Batsuit.
A major defect in the air molecules caused by Shriek to fault people's communication so they're unintelligible to one another and the city is put to chaos. Terry realizes Batman would be indubitably needed. He shows up, saves lives, and people grinning at the glimpse of a heroic feat in daylight. The solely selfless bystander in this episode was an old lady who kept warning a traffic cop to move out of the way before a pile is dropped on his head though she's incomprehensible due to Shriek's doing, She still runs towards him and nabs him out hence saving his life.
Then, Shriek sadistically forces Terry to choose between either sacrificing himself or letting him continue blitzing Gotham, this time with a promise of final blow to the city.
P.S. Bruce: "This kid has done a lot for this city. It's about time this city did something for him!"
After Shriek gives his final threat to Gotham. The fickle-hearted citizens who once thanked Batman for saving their skin from the irreversibility and finality of death just simply turn against him and begin verbally swinging their opinions that Batman should relinquish himself to an allegedly madman who mightn't keep his end of the bargain, the majority that spoke ill of the Bat encompassed the people that Batman had just saved in the very same episode and were kissing, hypocritically praising him before. Some even siding with Shriek dictating that he only wants "justice"; Bruce and Max are repulsed and spurs Terry to stay home and not sacrifice himself for the ill-hearted ingrates.
After Shriek's disability dragging him down in the battle, the citizens try to help Batman from the collapsed building and give him a hand to up him again nevertheless, Batman refuses their filthy hands, and showing that he saves the people of Gotham because it's simply the right thing to do.
At the end, Bruce asks Terry whether he would have sacrificed himself to save Gotham had he not figured out Shriek's devilry in time, Terry reuses Bruce's excuse from earlier to change the subject. Let's better repair the suit.
Watch Batman Beyond, Everybody. Before the apocalypse comes down howling on all of us.

The world will remember Craig McCracken for his phenomenal animated series, such as Kid Cosmic, Wander over Yonder, and The Powerpuff Girls.
What I’ll remember him for is time on Space Ghost.
More Gwevin icons because why not?!
Only this time it's Nathan's Kevin and Galadriel's Gwen! They both were an astonishing and absolutely stunning iteration of the characters.
Haven't posted anything in a month, so here you go! Another nifty frame of Ben and Kai; For you and your cutie pie!
