So honeybees are dying out, which is terrible news for humanity. They're really important little creatures: we need them to pollinate our crops. We've already got teams of biologists investigating the causes of colony collapse disorder, but maybe it's time to look into bioengineering, to try to breed more resistant colonies. Maybe it's time to change the bees you want to see in the world.

Dramatis Birdsonae: The Birds of Piip-Show

I've been binge-watching a reality show and started a tumblr dedicated to the cast. But it's not what you think: the show in question is Piip-Show, which is a lovely livestream from Norway of a bird feeder designed to look like a miniature coffee shop. So basically this is a guide to common songbirds of Norway, and also a squirrel. The squirrel is trouble.
