Some know my story but for those who don’t let me introduce myself my name is Ke’lan S. Johnson BKA IAmTazDaRealist Jan 10th 2019 was my first T shot into becoming who I always been coming up on another year only this time I’ll be celebrating with my independence from who I use to be legally ! Learning to love myself first was one of the best things I could have done for me this song was about how I was judged looked over and realizing who my true friends were I wrote this at a time I was really depressed bout my transition cause I felt I had to stop doing music cause of the backlash I would receive from and it has been the total opposite so thank you guys for accepting me for my artistry instead of my physical appearance cause I have always been the same artist some are just now catching on but that is simply why you would have to “rewind this” once I make it cause this here is the manifestation in progress !! To my supporters family & few friends I wanna thank you for standing by me !

So today was my first day back in the gym since surgery ... I went in with the intentions of it would be no thang but I kid you not I had to start off slow but I got it completed here I had to go down to 20lbs when I’m use to pushing more and it still gave me a sting in my chest but I kept going ... I plan to transform my body I also stopped hard liquor and will cut out red meat and pork for a month . This belly I hold is getting the best of me but I figured I should detox mentally physically and emotionally so I hope you guys enjoy the journey !!!

Just a more up close pic of my scars since all my tape is gone I kno once I’m fully healed I’ll be screaming what scars .... have I been in pain not really unless it’s time t sleep or my nipples start zapping but everything is healing perfectly as my doctor would say I won’t have to see him for another 3 months it will be 2 weeks before I can get back in the gym !

3 weeks post op and my tape is almost done peeling off my nipples are healing great . I had a moment where there is this clear string hanging under my arm but I figure it’s the stitching being I did not have drains but it closed up and it’s a small small piece sticking out my skin but I’ll ask the doc bout it this week when I go for my check up ... my chest is still numb but I can feel sometimes when I apply ointment on my nipples I can definitely feel it and my anxiety rises cause I be too much in my head but over all everything is great I’m ready to be cleared by the doctor to get in the gym ! Oh I forgot to let y’all know I can finally use my arms put on a shirt and hoodie I can even get my own food thru the drive thru now I felt like a damn T. rex lol ... I’m jus ready for the wrapping part to be over and I think I will be okey I just miss laying on my stomach ... drop some oils I should use for scarring if you guys don’t mind ! If you have any questions feel free to ask .... this platform is the only one I feel comfortable talking to bout my journey 🖤

Help with learning to love yourself

1. Learn to let go of what happened in the past. You deserve a new start and a fresh beginning. We’ve all messed up and experienced bad things. So don’t allow these memories to rob you of your future. You’re not just a product and a victim of your past. Acknowledge and work through any negative emotions – then put them behind you and start to live again.

2. Work on forgiving yourself. Don’t punish yourself for your past failings or regrets. Instead, see them as a lesson, and a chance to learn and grow. Don’t ridicule, demean or devalue yourself. That was then – this is now … You are different - so move on.

3. Keep a journal where you write down all your thoughts and feelings. When you’re feeling positive, try to savour those emotions and a build a memory trace of all that’s good and positive. When you’re feeling negative try to show some self-compassion, and seek to be gentle and kind to yourself. You need to work on validating and affirming yourself – not being your own enemy and tearing yourself down.

4. Be persistent as you work on accepting yourself. A key part of love is unconditional acceptance. So work on loving who you are right now. Only then will you be able to change some parts of yourself – because you’re able to accept who you are at the core.

5. Trust yourself. You don’t have to please others, or to follow their dictates. Learn to trust your intuition and your own personal judgments.

6. Practice saying “no”. It’s okay to say “no” without feeling guilty. You have the right to decide what you’ll do with your life.

7. Practice receiving and accepting love from others. Know you’re worthy of love – and other people really mean it when they say that you matter, and they love and care for you.
