Going Cold Cookie

My name is Emma, and I'm a self-confessed (well, sort of forced confessed) sugar addict... and one of the loves of my life is baking... and - god help me - I'm trying to give up sugar. I have now gone full cookie! (i.e. I have now given up grains too!) so the recipes on here will now be mostly paleo/keto/lchf :) This isn't a weight loss thing - this is about me eliminating my cravings, my random aches and pains, and preventing myself from getting diabetes later in life.
