As an adult, Danny usually spends most of his time in Ghost form. It makes things easier for him and saves him time in transforming if ever there’s trouble. He’s just grown familiar with his powers and doesn’t like to feel vulnerable [after becoming one of the greatest heroes of all time, he has villains coming out of the woodwork].

He’s been trying to grow stronger so that he can properly handle being [and staying] the best. It’s amusing when younger heroes freak out at meeting him, but Danny doesn’t let the fame go to his head.
