The wealthiest city in the Netherlands is, by far, Utrecht. There are a considerate amount of private school, besides the capitals of the provinces where properties are more expensive and therefore the demand for wealthy people to live in those towns and cities is even higher.

North-Holland, where Amsterdam is located, South-Holland, where Rotterdam and The Hague are located are also the richest provinces there.

Basically, the richest cities in the Netherlands to living in are the ones close to the biggest cities, making easier to commute to work in those big companies and organisations that are in the bigger and populated areas, but living in a more spacious and exclusive area.

This is not exclusive to Dutch people but also many ex-pats and politicians or company owners from other countries that reside in the Netherlands or have a second residence in some of these cities. CBS can help you with that ;).

I am not pretty sure about that, since I'm not a woc, but European men generally tend to like "exotic" women and considering there are many VIP people from around the world living and working in the Netherlands, that will be no issue.

I need some advice about escorting and I know this is not what your blog is about but it´s more about my circumstances so maybe you can help. My plan was to move to the Uk, apply for a Masters degree, study there and start escorting on the side. I thought I could transition doing it full time after getting my degree. So yea that was my plan but I did some research on the visa I need and I do need a student visa. Which is not really a problem - I have to pay fees and do paperwork but besides that it´s not an issue. The problem is that students - with a student visa- are very limited in the amount and the kind of work they are allowed to do. The solution really is to find out who your style icons are. Jot down the names of your favorite style icons and do a bit of research via Pinterest, Google, or Instagram to gather inspiration from their looks. Having all their looks in one cohesive spot will add like a guide when it's time to step in front of the closet and dress yourself. If you're unsure of a trend or a style but still want to give it a go, make sure to do it with your wallet in mind.

From there, you can pull a common theme from them. People don't usually just stick to one style when it comes to their wardrobes — some are minimalist but edgy, others are punk but vintage, and so on. It's not just enough to realize what elements you like the most; you need them tangibly in front of you when you go shopping so you stick to your new style vision. 

Pick a few words to describe the vibe of the looks. Are they ladylike, modern, edgy, bohemian, or classic? Settle on a handful of words that feel true to your style, and write them down for future reference, as they will help you clarify and define your look.

If you feel fabulous and like yourself in a certain outfit, catalog it! It'll help you recreate similar looks in the future. You know those special days when you walk out the door feeling like your most stylish self? Snap a quick picture for future reference. 

It's going to be hard to stick to a streamlined look when you have a bunch of pieces that act as outliers stuffed onto hangers. I know exactly what I want my life to look like and what I have to do in order for certain things to change.. but why is it so hard for me to just do it? I´m procrastinating, looking for excuses and I´m just being lazy.

Commit to the task. Focus on doing, not avoiding. Write down the tasks that you need to complete, and specify a time for doing them.

Overwhelming ourselves by setting ridiculously high goals for what we want to achieve on any given day is like taking the high road to procrastination. Split up big projects in bite-sized pieces and set achievable daily goals.

People procrastinate on a task because they feel, at some level or another, intimidated by that task. It really all boils down to your emotional perception of a particular task. Accordingly, if you want to stop procrastinating, you have to change how you feel about a task.

Don't be a perfectionist (yet). Second-guessing our work, doing the same things over and over again and spending way too much time on research and preparation can severely damage the effectiveness of our work. But even worse: it can keep us from getting started in the first place because we know exactly what our perfectionism will make us do — and we already dread it.

Stop yourself from spending 80% of your time on the last 20% of the project to get the details right by reminding yourself over and over again that “done is better than perfect”. Furthermore, make it a rule to get started on something as long as you have 70% of the information, 70% of resources and are 70% sure that you will succeed — because you can never by 100% prepared for anything.

Sometimes we are simply not that interested in doing the thing we need to do. You have two options:

1) Don’t do it and focus on the things that are actually more important in your life or

2) Find a strong enough reason WHY you want to do it

Other times our procrastination is actually a defense mechanism to keep us “safe” and in your comfort zone. Whether we are afraid of failure, success, other people’s judgement or the unknown — our fear is subconsciously holding us back from doing what we need to do.

There is different strategies for different fears, but what usually works very well are the following fear-busting strategies:

Get clear about what exactly you are afraid of: Imagine the worst case scenario, realise that it is not that bad and make a contingency plan for what to do when it actually happens.

Practice mindfulness through meditation, yoga and journaling to calm down pointless worrying and overthinking.

Make it a habit to go out of your comfort zone: The more steps you take towards the things you are afraid of, the more your fear will turn into confidence and catapult you forward.

Develop a deep trust in god/the universe. Trust that you are on the right path, that you are being guided every step of the way and that everything that is happening is for your ultimate good.
