It is quite hard, yes… But it’s what I really want to do so I’m willing to make the effort. Not that I’ll be doing it much longer. No, it’s fine! I don’t mind questions.
Of course, there’s nothing more admirable than making sacrifices to follow your dreams, I truly believe that. Are you thinking of giving it up?
Never said I resented therapists. Just the super upbeat ones. It comes off as patronising and frankly does nothing but piss most people off.
If I was unique and special in all the right ways, I wouldn’t be here.
Most people? Have you conducted a survey on the subject? I think we agreed no generalisations, besides, I’m much more interested in how you feel as opposed to most people.
Well that simply isn’t true. Just because you’re struggling with how unique and special you are, does not mean that you’re not. In fact, I’d say the most special people, the ones who need an extra helping hand usually have the most to give. But my opinion isn’t the important one, yours is.

Hey.. Um.. I’m Roderick.. A patient obviously.. Your post reminds me a lot of George and Aaron, two other therapists here. I probably wouldn’t be the best at giving a tour, but I think the staff have their own restroom, or at least I am assuming so..
That’s not obvious at all, there is absolutely no difference between you and I in terms of knowing who is therapist and patient. I’ve most certainly had therapy in my time.

Should I assume you’re one of those patients? That resent you simply because you’re a therapist and refuses to cooperate despite the fact the therapist is here for them?

I am incredibly honoured to be given the opportunity to get to know each and every one of you, and help us all live happier, healthier lives. I am still finding my feet, and have somehow managed to get lost in search of the bathroom five times already...so a tour most definitely wouldn’t go amiss.
