SOMEONE HELP ME MOVE TO CALIFORNIA
So I don't have to stay in Korea forever
Been in Korea 11 months
I am currently out of shape though I did unintentionally lose a few pounds from all the walking done here. Need to find a cheap gym that isn't tiny and filled with treadmills. (I miss lifting like a mutha) I hope all of you have been doing fabulously in your fitness journeys. I've missed you guys.
sidenote: bought a skateboard. prepared to embarrass myself while learning.

I've been MIA for a while now guys. I've been in korea for over a month, been teaching for almost a month. I love it, but I miss the gym and I miss internet. Waiting for my first pay check sucks. Update me on your life guys!?

Sorry I've continued to be MIA, I'm preparing to go abroad again. I hope you all are doing well on your fitness journeys and doing lots of SQUATS!

Hi all,
Sorry I've been MIA, I've been doing a lot in terms of trying to get everything together for a potential job. But I've been going to the gym pretty regularly whoooo. I'm also going on vacation (well visiting fam) in 2 weeks (out of country), so if anyone (who hasn't forgotten me in my absence haha) wants to keep in touch via email or something let me knowwww :)
*The email thing will be even more relevant when I leave the country on a more permanent basis and won't be sure about getting internet. (more on that later!)

So I'm doing a trial raw food diet. From May 19 - June 19 I will be doing a raw food diet. I think I can stick to it because I don't eat meat, and I just have to keep telling myself that on day 31 I can eat anything I want (except meat haha) if I so desire it. See ya on the other side!
3.5 miles today. 3.5 miles tomorrow.
Then back to the gym monday to start lifting again. finally.

I have to play catch up with you guys. I've been mia for weeks now. good news is: I'm graduating college friday. bad news: I'm out of shape (for me), tired, and my lifting PRs are non-existent. Help me get back in the game guys.
I feel like all I ever talk about is squats on here
...oh well. not a bad thing to talk about. I didn't squat during my workout today because of things...then I ate some eggs in my salad and was like PROTEIN RAWR! went back to the gym and squatted like yeaaaaa. and some abs for fun whoo!
Squatted today and I could not squat more than 135 for some reason so here's a pic of my bicep from the other day to make me feel better...? Yeah, going to squat at least two more times this week. you know I still love my squats.
I'm so disgustingly full. and ugh allergies. i just wanna go back to sleep. FUCK THAT. I'm going to the gym..squats baby. and other stuff too of course, but squats baby, squats.
