Remembering that I am entirely up to me
latest triggers (can you tell that I love jeans)
tips that aren't the same list from 2006
you know exactly what dumbass list I mean, and none of that shit is practical, it's giving uwu ana butterfly and we all know it
hi, I'm angel, I'm a nutrition major, and here are tips to keep yourself safe and hide your eating habits that actually make sense. this will not be in any particular order, but
avoid ketosis. i know, i know, you heard it burns fat faster! it also makes you smell like a dog rolled in sharpies and makes you stupid. i'm not kidding, you will be slow as fuck. avoid keto at all costs, carbs are better and healthier than being caught and dumb
take electrolytes and pay close attention to your potassium intake. if you neglect this, you will damage your heart and muscles and run the risk of having a heart attack. i use liquid IV because I have POTS and need the extra sodium, but that brand is also good for ED-havers because it has extra b vitamins
take ultra strength prenatal vitamins. they contain extra folate, fish oil, and dha, all of which are necessary to protect your heart and brain when you're not intaking much food.
For other supplements, I recommend Metamucil to keep your bowels going, iron, vitamin c packets (will make the iron absorb better, I personally use the +immunity ones), b-complex, calcium-magnesium-zinc, and vitamin d. Make sure the b-complex contains b-12. Feel free to send me an ask or dm me for dosages because some of these will depend on where you live geographically or what food you are eating.
find a protein shake you like. I'm a muscle milk bitch personally, but fairlife, premier, etc, are all good. make sure it isn't a meal replacement shake, and make sure it contains at least 20g of protein. these contain vitamins beyond protein that will help you stay healthy. the protein will also keep you full. i recommend using it as milk in coffee because the coffee will also suppress hunger and act as a mild laxative without harming the bowels. don't take your iron along with this, as dairy will hinder the absorption of iron.
don't take laxatives. you're going to give yourself IBD. maybe once a month as an extra cleanout you can do a little miralax, but the natural route is always better. regularly drink coffee and drink specifically senna green tea, they're both natural laxatives. the metamucil i recommend will also keep you going. if you need a bigger laxative effect, blend a whole peeled and seeded orange, a few inches of peeled fresh ginger, juice from a whole lemon, add a tsp each of cracked black pepper and turmeric, blend with coconut water until it's a thin smoothie consistency. drink that, you'll be good.
the best thing you can do for yourself is hide your behaviors behind health food gym girlie orthorexic behaviors. nobody takes orthorexia seriously and they encourage those behaviors. you can cut out whatever the hell you want if you're crunchy and healthy about it.
don't go too crazy about it. old tips would tell you to act like you loved food and it's really obvious. being obsessed with food and cooking is weird and obvious. don't talk about food constantly and make it your whole personality to try to hide, it's bizarre and one of the signs they tell parents to look out for. you have to be nonchalant. food is whatever. you like it, you have favorite meals, but you get tired of tastes quickly, you're picky about textures, you don't like it once it gets cold, etc. it's just fuel and it's meaningless to you. you eat for your health, not for pleasure.
high impact workouts like HIIT and running may not be the best idea. some studies show that high impact exercise stimulates hunger hormones in some individuals. pilates, ballet, and yoga are low impact, high results, and give a very desirable aesthetic. they're also quiet and can be done with a yoga mat and maybe a theraband.
get a job. get a hobby. join a sport. being out of your house as much as possible gives you the largest opportunity for excuses. oh my job catered lunch, oh there were snacks at practice, oh so and so brought something to the knitting circle. this can also be an opportunity to earn or save money (or swindle your mom out of cash by obtaining money for concessions at games and then only getting a diet coke)
if you control your own food, maximize your nutrition. salmon, tuna, sardines. kale, chard, spinach. beans, lentils. berries. protein pasta. pasture raised eggs. the fancy filtered fairlife milk. your body will hold out so much longer if you're keeping it fueled with proper vitamins and minerals.
track your food using cronometer - if someone sees it on your phone and asks, you have a perfect built-in excuse. oh, you don't care about the calories, but it tracks vitamin and mineral intake, and you're trying to make sure you're getting enough of those because you have, say, an iron deficiency or you're worried you're not getting enough omega-3s.
anorexic hair is really obvious. it's from malnutrition and stress. absolutely ensure you're getting enough omega-3s and other fats in your diet (avocados, eggs, oily fish, nuts like walnuts) to avoid the anorexia hair and the sallow, dry skin. this is also why i insist you take vitamin d, iron, vitamin c, a b-complex, and a pre-natal with folate and dha, those will also protect your hair and skin health. also make sure you're trimming dead ends, get a deep conditioner and/or bond repair treatment, do scalp massages, and if it does fall out, start using a mousse for volume and get a cut to maximize volume to hide it.
keep up your oral, skin, and nail health, too. these can also be obvious indicators. if you're taking the vitamins and keeping to the foods i'm recommending, it'll help, but make sure you're brushing and flossing, use the nasty brown listerine, a good dry skin lotion like curel, and a nail oil. keep your nails short if they start peeling, but if they're peeling, you need to take more vitamin d and iron, or you could have celiac disease.
there's no such thing as a broken metabolism, and you can't boost or slow down your metabolism. those are myths. the only way to make your bmr higher is to have more muscle.
extra tip: if you start fainting, tell people you have or think you have POTS. work smarter not harder.
i hate smelling and b o so much i may stop doing keto bc of that comment .

What helped me 🌸lose kg🌸during my study times and helped me study ❤️✨🤓;
Hot milk with water and sugar is the best meal replacement (for me it was lunch) - no one but coffee drinkers even stands a chance at convincing me otherwise 😚 You can add anything to make it better! Cinnamon, maple syrup, Cacau, coffee, cloves, stevia (though if you’re real tired a little real sugar can pump you up enough to burn a lot more than you just ate), the tears of your enemies, honey! It’s ✨magic✨ (And oat/soy the same - dunno about almond)
The white monster ruined my intestines WAY faster than their other low cal ones. And it’s only 4cal less than ultra paradise (my personal favourite as well as the Lewis Hamilton one (14kc) 😊) Plus ALOT Less people associate it with an eating disorder so you’ll be bothered by advisors or peers SO much less✨ Essentially; if ya don’t want interventions and questions avoid the obvious Ana tropes when around people who are also on the internet👍
(people will hate me for this but;) if you are under the age of AT LEAST 19 you should not be having energy drinks. It’s so bad for the developing brain (which only finishes its baby to adult stuff at like 25). If it’s unavoidable Tenzing(more caffeine)or instant coffee (less caffeine than regular brewed coffee) is a great alternative but even then you still really shouldn’t have it frequently. Eat high protein with a little carb and try peppermint tea - those should keep you up and are great for the brain - plus can still be low cal! Save caffeine or energy drinks to emergencies - surprise all nighters, you get sick but you cant postpone your exam ect. Caffeine is most effective when used rarely - if you use it too often your body just adjusts and the same amount won’t do as much. And if you go too far - there are literally people who can’t pee without caffeine. And here’s the kicker; most of that caffeine ends up in the toilet - mutating our wild life - adding excessive nitrate to plants and killing them. I know caffeine is kinda unavoidable in this academic climate but for the sake of your brain please do try! (The average student has 800mg of caffeine a day - the adult safe quantity? 400mg. And that high stress on the body will age you, burn your stomach, ruin your metabolism, and make you always tired.) some things just are for adults for a reason and it’s very much to your benefit that you don’t use those things. 😅❤️
Stretch and exercise when you feel tired during study. Get up do some jumping jacks or shake around like a looney or turn on a jam and have at it - you will feel more awake and lose some cal✨
Walk around as you explain to yourself the material - you learn and burn.😊
plan your studies around your meals - that way no craving or deep hunger can get In your way.
I always went into university. No matter what! Course is online? Did it with headphones on at Uni. Obviously I didn’t go during the C👍 If you live on campus walk somewhere else on online days - like a cafe/ library. When I add exercise to a mandatory task I always do a lot more 😊
cafe study dates - a coffee and a shared treat with friends is low cal, fun and productive. And you can call that lunch! Or if you lunch first order a soup or a salad! 🥗
Just by doing more revision you will burn✨ So I always added another 15 min on the end for the fun to deep research a random question I had. More for the test and less cal for me😌✌️
Sleep!!!!! Don’t sleep and losing will be Hard, you will feel worse and struggle to be consistent. AND Your body will naturally crave more food to supplement the lost energy! Plus you will also age faster and if you have unkown underlying conditions you will make them WAY worse (trust me I would know 🥲😂) no one on earth is “young enough” to not not sleep properly regularly and get away with it 😂 (There are sleep supplements for those who really struggle - I’ve tried many of you want any information on that just ask👍✨)
building off of 7 - there are super cool places to learn! Big museums, (in London there is a sky cafe you can go to for free - the coffee is a bit pricey but it’s so worth it to see the view whilst you work). Take study adventures. Great for the brain and great for burning.
let yourself have melt-downs - you will feel better and burn cal. Allowing yourself to process and feel your feelings (no matter how irrational they may seem) is a great way to do better work, take care of yourself, take care of the people around you and lose cal 😅. (Just make sure to drink a lot of water and electrolytes after if you cry a lot). (If things get too hard pls find help! You don’t need to talk about your ED if you don’t want to - you can just talk about the pressures like academics that are making life harder and see what can be done - if they push more when you aren’t ready then just grab someone else to help! It’s not their business if you say it’s not.)❤️❤️
building off of 11: stress can make weight loss and cravings harder to deal with. It ages you and ruins your metabolism. And sugar can chemically make that worse (especially if you aren’t sleeping!) find ways to relax! And do so for a minimum of 1h a day. Play a game, read a book, do extra socialising (cant be about work unless y’all are venting together), learn a dance, paint/ draw/be creative. How could you ever reach your dream body or goal weight if you have to deal with extra water retention, the stress bloat, discolouration, deep tension, high risk of illness etc. If ya can’t do it for yourself - do it for your goal weight and look❤️❤️🌸
tw: masterbating and sex - an orgasm can burn more than 85kcal and increase dopamine in the brain plus vastly reduce stress. The faucet and shower head are your BFF if you have a v. If you grew up in a very religious space (like I have) I know you can feel severe shame with it but for me I believe a girl orgasm is the purest kind cause it’s a girl feeling her best with herself. (Sex also burns a ton✨ Just make sure you always feel safe, are safe and feel respected)
Restricting is super hard whilst your studying because you burn way more than you think you do! Your brain is literally your main cal consumer - so consider adding a little to your cal allowance if eating your goal amount is too hard. You may lose more slowly but you’ll most likely still lose a lot and it’ll be much easier to still get the brains AND the bod✨❤️🌸
ok, some weren’t super weight loss specific specific - but they’ve helped me loads so I hope they help you ❤️🎃 stay safe and keep warm pls 🎃❤️
soon I will be you.
weight loss tip: just stop caring about food
ik it’s hard AF because all we do is think about food BUT if you trick your brain into believing you don’t care about it, it’s a lot easier to restrict since ur apetite goes away
how i do it:
- don’t plan my meals too much
- don’t think about what i’ll eat in the future
- all this is accomplished through gas lighting myself
- i pretty much just repeat to myself “i don’t really care” anytime i go to eat
- “not caring about something” means you don’t really want it, you don’t care if it’s there, you even prefer if it’s not because it’s just an annoying task
- the non planning thing makes choosing what i’ll eat overwhelming, so i just give up 💀
- i distract myself, i go do something else
- this works if you don’t care about health, macros and shit like that! you’ll probably not be getting a lot of nutrition, this is something a lot of junkorexics do
- this also works better if you have good knowledge about how many calories everything has, since ur not pre-planning
idk if any of this made sense but yea

This will be me!! I will never give up!!
hey everyone, this is a post I made on my unfortunately now termed account :( please spread and word and follow. Trying to find yall again.
Mayo clinic diet cause I think I am gonna start this, and maybe someone wants to try it too
Having to distract your friends when your not eating at school is so much work.
Like thank you for caring about me but leave me alone :(
For 4na girlies who like to read 📚
Get yourself a Kindle w/Kindle Unlimited!!! 100% worth the initial investment and the monthly fee for Kindle Unlimted which I'm pretty sure you can pay yearly if you want to.
You can get yourself a case, sleeve, cover whatever for it and nobody will know you're reading pr0 stuff. I only have two books on mine so far(open to recs) but I love that I can take it anywhere and nobody knows what I'm reading.
Currently reading Winter Girls which I guess is inconspicuous enough, but I also have The Art of St4rving on here, which is definitely not something I'd take a physical copy of into public. Just something to think about if you like to read.
You can also get a secondhand Kindle on eBay if you can't afford the full price. That's where I got my first one and it lasted a surprisingly long time I ended up giving it to a friend for her daughter because you can still use it plugged in and it's still going strong.
My Kindle for tax 💕
She's 165cm | 45kg | BMI 16.5
This is her before and after
She's literally thínsp0 now ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ
She did it, we will too 。*゚+)~~~
Did not even check this app for like a month straight?? Gained some (before I came home I weighed exactly 72kg, now around 73.5), indulged wayy to much
Technically, I have over a month till next semester, but I am so behind my goals
At home I cannot restrict but I definitely can just not eat as much sugar and idk I think I need to skip dinners again which will be fine since on most day the lunch-dinner my mom makes is so huge like the portion she gives are good for horses xd
I think I am gonna find some restrictive diet (probably something from versatile vicky) and plan to eat that way for 2 weeks before uni starts
Wish me luck🤞
