      “touch ‘em?” again, she wouldn’t be the FIRST to ask something like that. inuyasha had gotten so use to it that it didn’t even bother him anymore. sure, it made him feel like he was some type of exhibit but that was besides the point right now -- she wasn’t being rude or pushy, so with that -- he would behave too. “yeah - - i guess. it ain’t nothing special. just ears.” the half demon moves down and over, tilting his head so that she had the perfect angle to reach up and touch. “if ya tug on ‘em then i’ma be pissed.”

“See you at sunset, Koga! You better not be late!” The chieftess waves to her mate as he rushes back towards the tribe, having dropped her off at the edge of Kaede’s village as he always did when she had to come to this location. The girl had insisted she could travel to the territory on one the back of one of the larger wolves in the tribe just fine, considering they had all gotten used to her ever since she officially settled in after the marriage ceremony a few weeks back, but he always insisted on taking her herself. Koga surely was as doting upon her as ever, not that she minded that fact. It was just one of the many ways he showed his love for her.

As soon as she started to head towards Kaede’s home, however, she suddenly stops as she sees the sight of all too familiar white and red flash in the air above. Kagome should have figured Inuyasha would come running as soon as the smell of her mate hit his nose, a scent that was all over her and the wolf pelt hakama she wore in her special priestess attire that had been created by the members of the tribe upon her official crowning as chieftess and head priestess of the tribe. A smile crosses her face as he lands, happy to see him again after not being able to come to the village for a while. Adjusting to wolf demon tribe life certainly required some time, after all.

“Well, if it isn’t my favorite half-demon! How is it going, Inuyasha? Has everything been going well in the village since I was here last? It certainly looks lively. I don’t remember there being this many huts!” 

      inuyasha’s nose was as sharp as ever - - having smelled that dirty wolf long before they even made it to the village’s edge. kagome, that little traitor, marrying into the wolf demon tribe! &, to koga no less. inuyasha obviously did not agree with it & still was not happy about it, becoming huffy the moment that kagome came to the village for her visits. she smelt horrible! never had she ever smelled this bad - - inuyasha could barely fucking stand it.

     he was there but he wasn’t coming down from the tree he had perched himself in. glaring down at kagome from his safe spot in the grand tree, eyes narrowing further by the second.  “why are ya here again?? ain’t ya got those dirty wolves to take care of now?” slang at a minimum as of right now - - this was still kagome he was talking to. “i ain’t really sure why yer still comin’ ‘round.” selfish & bratty as per usual, feelings bruised by her decision to marry the other. not that they were together but it was koga she married.

     “go away.” ah, yes, rude as always. “yer a traitor.” inuyasha wouldn’t be getting over this any time soon - - maybe not having been so upset if it hadn’t been the wolf in question. “and - - yer smellin’ up the whole damn village. yer gonna make the whole damn village stink like shit!”

        i love shipping & i think it's a great thing but it definitely has it's downsides too. especially here on this hellsite. people take it way too far and zone in on certain characters ( especially MALE characters?? which sucks because you guys are missing out on some AMAZING female characters ). role play is so much more than shipping and shipping should also be allowed to be more than just romantic.

        shipping should be focused on growth & chemistry, you can't just stick two characters together and hope for the best. you gotta work with it! plot it out, talk about it and both muns have to be into it! there's nothing worse than having a ship forced on you and being put in a position of feeling like you can't say no. not everyone is going to want to ship and some ships just don't work out & that's okay.

        also -- asking should be another big thing when it comes to shipping! never assume, always ask before jumping into a ship. make sure your partner is comfortable and actually wanting to explore that with you - rather it is romantic or not. basically, i believe in respect and basic common courtesy when it comes to shipping.

       i believe in blocking in the rpc! like 100%. if someone makes you uncomfortable / seeing them makes you anxious then you have every right to block them! with or without explanation. i don't really believe in making a huge deal out of it?? i also don't believe in the person being blocked seeking out why they are being blocked. i think whoever is being blocked should just take that L - but i do know that every situation is different! but i do think that blocking is a wonderful thing and it could really help someone create a safe place for themselves - so like, block away!

                                    OKAY, THE INUYASHA FANDOM:

        i just wanna say that i actually have had a really good time in the inuyasha rpc?? though, there have been some snags in the road! just like any fandom i feel like there are going to be people who try your patience?? i can definitely say that i've run into that. i just feel like a lot of people just worry about the wrong things?? like, we're here to have fun and write and share a character that we hold dear! not everyone is gong to share your ideas, opinions or thoughts -- i mean, we're human! it goes for real life too??

       it's okay.

       like if we all thought the same - where would all the fun be?? i think the thing that has upset me the most is that people do not know how to communicate & most don't read rules ( or take something out of your rules and take it personally ). like, myself & my character are not a slab of meat to be eaten -- i am a person and if you don't like how i run my blog? unfollow or block me but do not make something i hold as a safe place -- a playground for your petty agenda.

       we're all going to pick favorites ( & again, we're humans ) but it's not something to hold against someone - most people are just comfortable with role playing with people who they have a personal, ooc, bond with. i think that's just something that fandoms as a whole need to kind of come to terms with. that goes for shipping too.

       but despite the issues?? & a couple hurt feelings later - i can truly say that i have made some AMAZING friends while in the inuyasha rpc & i do plan on staying. it's just that sometimes i do find myself scratching my head at the behaviors of others. though i don't want to say that it's the fandom as a WHOLE because we are all individual people and we should be treated as such. but yeah - we're all grown ups here & we've got to start acting like it.
