i think "conservatives can't make good art" is a generally juvenile and incorrect sentiment that you'll find debunked by plenty of good art made by bad people and bad art with good politics, but it is always really stark when a piece's most monumental failings all very obviously boil down to the fact that, like, the creator does not see or write women as people with any particular interiority or purpose beyond childrearing
VIDEO: Living Under Israel’s Missiles
Four boys of the Bakr family were killed by a missile strike during last year’s incursion. Their surviving family members are still scarred from the attack.
More than anyone, children bear the brunt of regular Israeli military assaults on the Gaza Strip. During the 51-day war in the summer of 2014, 551 children were killed and 3,436 were injured. But these gruesome figures say little about the psychological state of the nearly 800,000 children who have survived the periodic bombing campaigns. After the final cease-fire that ended Israel’s Operation Protective Edge on August 26 of last year, UNICEF estimated that at least 425,000 Palestinian children in the besieged Gaza Strip require “immediate psychosocial and child protection support.”
[ The physical wounds of Gaza children might have healed, but they live with enduring psychological trauma ]
when anyone praises the UK for honouring its treaty terms and handing Hong Kong back to China, it should be noted that the British Prime Minister first asked civil servants to assess whether the UK could hold it against a Chinese military attack
I think Yankees should be kicked unconscious and strung up by their intestines in public for all to see.

The world is such a joke. These people are crying over empty ambulances that got burned down in London while not a week ago Israeli soldiers used ambulances to ambush a village in Lebanon and massacred 41 civilians

"Making peace with not transitioning because your partner wouldn't like it is valid" is an attempt at conversion therapy btw. Just so you know.
"Valid" isn't worth anything. Valid isn't a substitute for self-determination. You can maximize your validity and feel literally nothing because validity doesn't factor in that the urge to transition can't be satisfied without actually doing something.
One of the healthiest things you can do as a trans person is to let go of the idea that "valid" is something you want or need to be. Focus on what you want to do.
