“I’m sorry, I love you. . .”
The latest episode of Running Man (295) left me in tears.
I didn’t expect the episode to be emotional. It totally touched my heart.
After the episode, I just wanted to replay all the episodes from the very start.
I want to reminisce their journey of becoming a family.
And they are already in their 295th episode.
And out of all the episodes, 295th will let you remember their journey.
I started to watch the show sometime in 2013. The show has been running for at most three years. I was influenced by my friend who was already a huge fan of RM. He made me watched the episodes of my favorite idols: 2NE1 and BEAST. Also, I knew one of the members because of a movie I watched way way back. It was SONG JI HYO. From then on, I watched the other episodes specially the ones which MongJi was the victor. Little by little, I appreciate and like the other members. Then, I just then realized that I am already a fan of the show. Up until I honestly love all the members. Since then, I look forward for the newer episodes. I even downloaded all the episodes and store it in my laptop even if I only have limited memory space.
And now, they have been running around the world for almost 5 years and this coming July 11 will be their 6th anniversary. I can say as an avid fan of the show that they are a family, in and out of the cameras and that what makes them be loved by so many fans all over the world. Even though they appear harsh with each other during the show, but at the end of it, they are still a family. They knew each other well. They cared for each other. They grew up with each other. They had been through worst and the best. They laughed at their jokes, teased at some of their mistakes, annoyed with some of their words, and leaned to each other in times of need. They showed us their best. They never let us down. They always do their all to make us happy even if they are tired. But in the end, we never knew that there are some stories about them, about them being together. How they suffered from different emotional and physical injuries, even thinking of quitting the show. 295th episode made us realized that. BUT they will endure anything just to make the show interesting and happy. That is how they love us. And that is how they LOVE each other. Even if they don’t admit it, they care and love each and one of them. Not in words, but in actions. We may never know what is happening behind the cameras, but one thing is for sure, they are a family. They grew up as being a family through the show.
And one important point of the latest episode was that they are growing old. Sad to say but we know that ‘that’ day will come. One day everything will end. One day, we will not see them running through the streets, eliminating nametags, or playing games, or welcoming or looking for guests, or trying to make us laugh, or making silly jokes, or teasing with each other, or accomplishing missions. One day, there will be no RM. We have to face that reality and be prepared of it.
But then, it is not yet the day. So make every moment last. Laugh with them. Join them in their journey. Because this is not yet the day. They are still running. You can still see their beautiful smiles. And while they still have the ability, they will never stop running because they know that WE are here to support them. And we love them. We will never get tired of laughing with them. Because that is how they touched our hearts. WE are all a FAMILY. The RM MEMBERS, STAFFS, and FANS.
For the Running Man members and Casts, WE, your family, will be there until the last day. And even if ‘that’ day will come, the memories you shared with us will remain. We will remember all the good times. We will laugh even if it is for the nth time. Because you did something to us. You opened our hearts. And that is the reason why we LOVE you. No matter what happens, Running Man family will still be a family.
So keep RUNNING! Because we will never stop following you. We will also RUN.
7012. 7 RM MEMBERS, FOREVER.
