I’ve always been one who typically is up for the day somewhere around 7am, rain or shine, cup of coffee brewed and ready to start me off, but I have to say, staying in bed all morning has never felt as good as it has lately.

Usually I get up that early to go to the gym but the days when I sleep in are some of my favourites. I don’t know what it is about staying in bed longer but it just does something good.

It is always wonderful to see more people recognize how great this village is. It is going very well, expanding actually.

It’s not even officially summer and the heat can already fuck off. Let’s just fast forward right back to fall. I’ll only tolerate it if I get to enjoy the beaches any time it gets remotely warm. Seems simple enough right? 

I have no problem taking my beach body for a spin if you find one.

Tis the season for things to be incredibly busy, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. Progress is being made, which means more property and possibly some events to go on as well. How much have I missed? 

We have more new people in town which is always a great thing. So business if going well for you guys then?

I hope you find a cat for your daughter. Pets are such a great things to have in life.

Oh, thank you. I’m not really any different to everyone else. I mean, a lot of people around here are my age and have kids.

Not very often. Holidays can be quite expensive.
