Mixed media artist with too many projects and not enough time. I've been showing photographs of my work on flickr for years and have found so many of them reblogged here that I thought it time to try tumblr for myself. All the photography and work shown here is my own and has been made for the pure enjoyment of creating.

Dragon on Flickr.

This is Nudge, the lazy dragon He wasn't always lazy, there was a time when he was most feared as he pillaged the countryside accumulating his hoard of gold and jewels. Now he has become a bit of a couch potato (pole potato?) as he sits guarding his stolen plunder. He is developing a distinctive paunch, the villagers who once placated him with meals of fresh goat now wander by, dropping off the odd bag of crisps and six pack - not good for a dragon's reputation, he may have to stir himself soon and let them know who the boss is.... my original pattern, - 40cm soft sculptured cloth

I took part in a charm swap and crocheted this from wire, it was very hard to get a clear photo of the mass of wires so instead I put it in sunlight and played with the shadows and light reflections
