The Grand Highblood was a huge, violent, and horny troll even to begin with. Introducing him to sopor to try and mellow him out Gamzee style did have mildly successful effects, and encouragement to fuck, rather than kill, did result in a great number of would-be victims from the original timeline surviving.
The already significantly larger than average troll became moreso in every respect. While he still enjoyed the occasional rampage, more trolls ended up fucked than culled.
As time went on, and his appetite grew, where before he had satiated almost entirely on trolls, he developed a taste for lusii (alongside his still casual cannibalism). In particular, he ended up taking some of the large amount of young mother grubs that'd been to deal with this changed worlds severe excess of genetic material.
Turns out, the strange combination of eating his species's main method of reproduction, combined with a steady flow of life and growth magic, can have unexpected effects on a trolls biology. Within him, "abilities" thought long lost awoke.
Body Stats: IMO bigger is better. He's ridiculously tall (I'm thinking around 17ish feet, not counting horns) Muscular but not very toned. Got that fat Roadhog bod going on, with a lot of weight and a lot of power.
