it’s been a while, huh? it’s wild to think I would spend all day on tumblr and now it’s just something I occasionally tap on my phone when I feel lonely. maybe that’s some kind of growth? maybe it’s just me reverting back to who I was 10 years ago.
I don’t think I’m too worried about it being either option; but I do know that I still feel like I’m running out of time. I do know that I’m nowhere closer to where I want to be as I was back then. and I think that’s what hurts the most. the fact that I don’t feel like I belong here anymore, but there’s also nowhere else to run to.
it might have been nice to make this a positive post, but I also don’t inherently think that this is negative. people change in different ways, and it doesn’t always have to be external success. I think I’m okay with that.. just maybe.
