I think the worst thing about the TEENSY TINY MOSTLY INSIGNIFICANT movement restriction in my right wrist is knowing about it. Because I know about it, I have to check on it. Is it less mobile than yesterday? Where does it hurt? Does x activity hurt more or less? How do I get that mobility back (I can't without surgery and even that is a bad idea with a low success rate)? Now I'm anxious and I have invented tasks to perform today.
