Take time to stand back and review your business. Make sure all operations on all levels are being properly executed. Always give yourself this time on a monthly basis. Don’t get complacent with the operation. Always look to improve and build. Everything comes with time. Trust the process.

Weekends

Another two days of the week to grind and push yourself to be better. As a business (retail) is typically busier on the weekends it makes for a great opportunity to check in with staff, customers - making sure your business is bringing a smile. As well it’s a good time to stand back, take a good look at your business as it operates during its busy time to see where some room for inpromovement might be required.

Never stop building.

Don’t get down on yourself. Ever. Bad news from a co worker or a boss, is only bad news if you make it that. Stay positive and always trust the process.

Things always happen for a reason.

Get one thing done/chore/task each morning before heading to work, it’ll start your day with a positive vibe and make the day much more productive.
