You do know only you get to decide for your reality right? Doesn't matter what law nor what method; or whether you believe the 3D is the echoes of your past beliefs, the 3D is the reflection of your identity or it's the same thing to you.

All you have to do is to know what you want is already yours, and the 3D will ALWAYS conform to you; it listens to you and it follows you, not the other way around. When you rely on the 3D for validation or seek for your results, you are persisting in the belief that what you want is not yours — and that is what will reflect in the 3D. you are quite literally everything that is. how much vainer can you get than to genuinely believe you don’t deserve to live your wildest dreams? to believe you aren’t capable of achieving something? hello??? you are the only reason anything exists!!! ur awareness is the only thing that is. and yet here you are accepting (the illusion of) lack. okay.

i get dms and asks of many people detailing their circumstances and the things they so desperately want and over and over- which is okay, i get it, im not judging or shaming at all- but there is really only ever one thing i can say. you are what you say you are. you are the law. you’re crying about law of assumption or shifting or whatever it is, asking what more do you need to do, asking whether you’re doing it right. ??!!!!! you ARE the law. you are the only law. why in the world are you still chasing? why are you still waiting? you are EVERYTHING.

there is nowhere to escape and there never will be. there is only right here. the only way out is through. look at yourself for real. stop hiding from yourself and wishing for escape. it will never come. you will never be saved by some law or by some god high above you. it’s only you. but you’re not alone, that’s not what i mean. you are always protected, always held. most importantly you are already perfect. you are already whole. stop identifying with lack. stop accepting the endless loop of lack and fear. you can break the cycle right now with a single decision and trust. there’s nothing more to do because everything is already done. relax, live your life, let things flow. because it is always aligned perfectly for you. you just keep experiencing the illusionary lack because you keep resisting to the fact that everything’s already perfect.

it’s up to you and no one else. you must decide. you must accept that you are capable and deserving. otherwise the illusion continues. it IS just an illusion. you are not chained. you are not stuck. i know how real it feels to be struggling, i genuinely do, but how long will you sit asking for someone to reassure you that it’s real and possible and that you will be okay? when will you finally accept it and live the life you’re meant to? all you have to do is STOP doing so much. stop trying to control; there is nothing to control, you will never have control no matter how hard you try. everything is already done, there’s nothing left to happen, so what are you trying to control?

there is no “failure”. not when you know who you are. desires are compasses to how you wish to express yourself. they are proof of what is already yours, simply because you already have your awareness on it. now it’s done, right now. before you ever even said a single affirmation it was already yours. all you need to do now is let it go and trust.

AHT-AHT! Stop doing that!!!! Y'all do this with experiences you WANT to be your new normal and it's NOT the reaction you want to be having. If you finally, for the first time, experience something that you've never experienced or that doesn't match your usual self-concept (eg- if you attract an opportunity that you don't usually have, you assume it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing because "the person you really are doesn't usually get stuff like this"), the reaction you want to adopt (in order to change what you manifest) is, "omg! yay! another of [xyz experience] that I usually have!"

Like this:

OMG OMG! This happened to me AGAIN and it's getting better and better each time it happens! It's so normal for me to experience this! Why am I so lucky? ✅

...or maybe, after some point, you aren't particularly excited because it's already a normal experience for you. Maybe you'd react like this:

Oh! [XYZ] happened again! What else is new lol? :) ✅

Or maybe you don't even give it any special attention because, why? IT'S NORMAL. THERE'S MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM, BABE.

Stop playing so small and limiting yourself, the universe is literally infinite and there is more than enough for everyone to have as much as they want and there would STILL be an extreme amount of leftovers. The universe (and you) are NOT on a budget. Manifest that shit!

This is exactly where you need to change your self concept and internally/mentally become the person who effortlessly and always experiences those things! Sorry but you always saying "it doesn't happen to you" will make that 100% true and it won't happen to you on a regular basis like what you want. Lately, negative feelings have surrounded me. I was in my final exam week and I was very nervous. And I experienced feelings don't matter in manifesting. ITS OKAY TO FREAK OUT

So often in the manifestation and shifting communities, people talk about how you have to have positive thoughts and feeling that border on toxic. People talk about how ‘delulu is the solulu’ (a phrase I hate). And if you’re just starting out, that can be overwhelming. You may feel like you need to police every thought and if you spiral and have a negative thought, you may feel like you’re doing something wrong. You may feel like nothing you’re doing is working and you feel like you’re spinning your wheels.

I’m here to say, it’s alright. You can have the negative thoughts. You can have self pity. You can give up and then keep trying.

Your emotions aren’t your enemy. You’re having a human experience. That’s why you’re here. Part of that human experience is freaking out, second guessing, giving up and wallowing in self pity. The universe, or whatever you fancy has definitely accounted for all of those. If you’re feeling bogged down, take a break. You’ll be fine. You’ll be surprised how your manifestations will just continue running in the background, anyway.

001. decide what you want. let's use perfect skin as an example. you want your skin to be clear, moisturised and smooth. be specific

002. say you have it. in your mind, out loud, write it somewhere, doesn't matter.

"I have perfect skin" — wow, you've made an assumption, good job!!

003. persist. you know what's true now — you have perfect skin — and stick to it.

looked in a mirror and saw a pimple? no you didn't, your skin is perfect, you dgaf.

wonder if it's working? it already worked, you don't have to worry.

someone pointed out your skin looks worse? it's a lie, your skin is perfect.

catch yourself thinking 'my skin is so bad today'? remind yourself it's not true, your skin is perfect.

just like that. get used to changing your thoughts into your affirmations.

004. well, that's basically it. just a few words on methods:

affirming — basically thinking, so that's useful;

sats — good if you struggle to accept everything is that easy and it can be real;

list — perfect if you have a lot of things you wanna manifest! affirm you have everything from your list.

anything works if you say so and if you like it. manifesting is easy and fun. remember that. don't overcomplicate things, don't overthink.

Persisting is the KEY TO SUCCESS. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE A BAD SELF-CONCEPT, IF YOU KEEP ON PERSISTING, YOU WILL MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT.

YOU ARE PERSISTING BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR DESIRES, NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE WAITING FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF YOUR DESIRES.

Decide what you want. Visualize or affirm for it.
