If passing trans men have male privilege because they look like cis men, then boymoding trans women have male privilege because they look like cis men.
But since trans women who boymode DON'T have male privilege, then logically neither do passing trans men.
There’s definitions of things but there’s often parts of a thing that exist on the edge of that definition but everyone knows is still that thing. Definitions are useful but at the end of the day you know a thing when you see it. You know that a horse is not a chair and that a 90s inflatable chair is a chair and that a table is not a chair even if someone is sitting on it. You know a chair when you see it. A beanbag both is and is not a type of chair and this is a comfortable truth.
But anyways that’s also kind of how gender works.
No, it isn't. Because laws aren't defined and written regarding a chair's existence. Medical science isn't built on a mahogany vs an oak chair.
And the wrong treatments for the wrong sex, targeted toward the other sex, not only kill people but cause permanent reliance on a system people like you cry about all the time. And those people you tell to call themselves what they think they are instead of what they really are, go to the doctor and tell the doctor the wrong legal information. They demand treatments and procedures which in turn destroy their body, and those who come back and speak up about this are /silenced and shunned/ by the very people who pushed them into the nightmare.
The wrong laws and policies meanwhile cause catastrophic harm to everyone /else/.
Sex is not a construct. Forcing laws and all the world to change for delusion is /dangerous to real, living people/. Moreso than denying the delusion in fact.
You cannot just call one thing another and go "ah, everyone sees the truth anyway".
Not that any of you ever care about that, dug into the trenches of denial and validation as you are.
You forgot about intersex people and people on hormone replacement therapy and other people who need specific treatments that don’t necessarily align with the sex on their records. Also transgender people are aware of what our physical sex is and usually tell doctors about it. That’s usually a good idea when you go to the doctor you know. Telling the doctor about your individual medical history.
Also if you actually understood medical science you’d know about all the studies about the benefits of letting people transition.
Anyways this post was about gender and not sex you weirdo. Not that you’d be educated enough on the matter to know the difference considering that you overlooked something so obvious :P

The purpose of a defence attorney is to make sure the police have done their job. The prosecution says "they did the thing" and the defence says "well can you prove it?" and if they can't, the defendant goes free because the prosecution fucked up.
All they have to do is their job. As long as they don't fuck up doing ther job, the guilty will go to prison. The reason the guilty go free so often is because the police are constantly fucking up and not doing their damn job.
It's very telling that these people can't really conceive of a situation where they might be wrongfully arrested for something and labeled "very problematic and guilty" and may, in fact, need exactly the kind of legal representation that they're side-eyeing. Even in the realm of thought experiments there are the categorically ""problematic"" and they can't even imagine a world where they could ever be lumped in with them, even wrongfully, because surely people would OBVIOUSLY know they're innocent, surely this only happens to Others

Tim Cain's Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins -- They're the shadow king's favorite!
1 and 2/3 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin (half of a 16 oz can)
1/2 cup (one stick) butter, melted
preheat oven to 350. grease muffin tins (one dozen regular size) or use baking cups. mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Break eggs into another bowl. add pumpkin and butter and whisk until blended. stir in chocolate chips. pour over dry ingredients and stir until just blended. do NOT overstir! scoop batter into tins and bake 20-25 minutes. after cooling, keep muffins wrapped in plastic to avoid drying.
