Ok so like I'm fully aware that I'm going to sound like a hypochondriac but as of late, I've been seeing posts about things like hypervigilance and sensory overload and they all seem to have one thing in common: ptsd The problem is, I don't have one specific event that I would classify as Traumatic Stress. Well, my dad was verbally abusive and I know a lot of my anxiety is from that but I don't keep having flashbacks to it like most ptsd patients are supposed to. Idk, maybe I'll start going to my therapist again and see what she thinks

I’m going through my phone and sending messages to everyone who follows me (except porn blogs/spam blogs) and following the people I have currently been following. It’s a slow, manual process with LOTS of human errors so I apologise for the following: 1) not getting a message/follow. I probably accidentally skipped you on the list OR I’m just taking forever to get to you (as I post this I’m on the D’s—bless tumblr mobile for alphabetizing the follower list) 2) double messages. I have a very short attention span and can’t remember if I did something that I did 2 seconds ago 3) my irl friends not getting a heads up. I’m assuming I’m seeing you/texting you irl so I’m skipping your blogs on purpose 4) if you’re one of the (surprisingly many) new blogs that started following me. I don’t know who you are due to the alphabetical list so I won’t be following you unless you follow my new blog. If you want, though, message me that you’re new and I’d be happy to follow you (as long as you don’t post too much nsfw stuff)

5) if you're already following the new blog and I message you anyway. I try to remember but I've got 400 of you to message and I'm only human 6) the cold nature of the message. Again, there's 400 people and I want to switch this blog over soon (before mobile kicks me out entirely) so I don't have time for personalised messages. Just know that I do care about you. I wouldn't have sent you the message if I didn't!
