Who does this hurt - All Americans. Why? - Because KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. When information and knowledge is taken away we the people have Less information about our own government who should run for US not him.

Who does it hurt - American Civil Liberty and Voting Rights. This Targets primarily African-American & Latino voters but when voting rights for some are restricted it affects ALL our voices.
An Executive Order to freeze any federal regulations. Who does this hurt - lower and middle class Americans to the benefit of Banker Elites. Why? Because of limited banking regulations in the Bush era we ended up in the recession and mortgage crisis that caused to lose homes, their retirement, savings, and jobs.
