My partner got me 40k: fire warrior right as a friend was planning a dark heresy one shot, so i ended up making a tau!

Behold: Shas'saal Ksi'm'yen Riaun

A cadet who ended up alone during a tyranid invasion, she ended up losing her classmates before fully ending up alone. Whilst gathering the bonding blades of the fallen squads she came across, Riaun ended up surviving off what ammo she could find, and when ammo wasn't enough, she put her blade to good use.

Eventually, a rogue trader comes along, scavenging for whatever valuables were left behind, only to find that curiously, the tyranids haven't progressed as far as they usually would have. It was then that one capiliary tower was blown up, and the tau that caused it was slinking back off into the shadows. The trader would find her, and the two would form a deal where he would take Riaun home though in return, she acts as a liaison of sorts.

That's how she ends up with the group!

Chapter 28: Hidden Fire

As the Argent Tournament begins, Izzy navigates brutal combat drills, fraught reunions, and the overwhelming tension of being caught between Sylvanas, Varian, and Garrosh — all on the same battlefield.

We're closing in on the Argent Tournament and the Trial of the Crusader, which means Icecrown isn't that far off :D Are you guys excited? I'm excited. I've also celebrated my 40th birthday this year, and I'm hoping this is the year I finish this bad boy. Fingers crossed! Saorise and Anduin (with some playing around of priest artifact weapons as given varian survives the shore and even he doesn't get shala'mayne for a while, i've had to think a while on how that would reflect on anduin)

Aeleneron becomes a member of one of the Guild's strongest parties, and Orphira spends her time studying arcane constructs as well as helping Mr. Paviere around the Hall in the Old Town district (they *are* in Stormwind around classic/bc era but that's a whole lot of lore dumping surrounding the Adventurer's Guild itself that'll be saved for another post if people are interested XD)
