Exploded Drawing LXVII - Our 67th Official Session

 May 29th we return to @dadalab.io for our first official session of 2026. 6 electronic artists performing exclusively original work. Lealani ( @veggieburgerr ) is an LA based electronic musician, singer, multi instrumentalist, visual artist who has collaborated extensively with Kid Koala, David Choe, Money Mark and many more. She spent most of 2025 touring the world with Deltron 3030. We've been wanting to have her for a regular ED session for years. Noise outfit @blank.hellscape , producer and vocalist @egauxsells , producer/dj @veneer__music , and beat maker/key boardist/rapper @locuust.yt are all Austin artists making their ED debut. @bruxist_alv will be joining us from Edinburg, Tx in the Rio Grande Valley.  We will also be cutting a very limited run of Lealani 7" records live at the event to be raffled off to audience members. These records will contain 2 songs not available on vinyl anywhere else and WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT. Doors and music start at 8:30. Live sets at 9:30. Exploded Drawing LXVI Our 66th Official Session

We will return to @dadalab.io to celebrate 15 years of Exploded Drawing. At each anniversary, we invite back a massive line up of some of our favorite artists from past ED sessions to play 10 minute sets of original music. It moves quickly and makes for a very stimulating evening.  To make the evening extra special we will be raffling off a @rolandglobal SP 404MKII sampler with a travel case from @analogcases. This iconic sampler has had a huge impact on our event over the years and we're excited that one of our 15 year attendees will be taking one home. We are releasing a book featuring all of the art work by @glrygldglttr from the first 15 years of Exploded Drawing posters. This will be available for the first time ever at the 15 Year Anniversary Party. The event will also be the release party for the new "Less Than Near 0" EP from @butcher_bear and @chiefdoomsday Doors and music at 8:30. Always $5. Exploded Drawing LXV Our 65th Official Session

We return to @dadalab.io for our 65th official session. In a career spanning well over 2 decades and 25+ full albums, @daedelus has worked with greats like MF DOOM, Madlib, Flying Lotus, DJ Shadow and many many more. This will be their first performance at a regular official ED session. To celebrate this very special night, we will have the folks from Grosero Records LIVE VINYL CUTTING a 7" with 2 exclusive, unreleased Daedelus tracks. We will be raffling the records off to people in attendance. Only 15 records will be made available, EXCLUSIVELY the night of ED 65. Celebrating 15 years. We're also very excited to have @alexdl.wav and @beng.r premiering their brand new live collab set.  @liljack.jpeg will be joining us from San Marcos, @40.hands from San Antonio, @jredou_ko from Houston and @joan.dark.dj from Austin, all making their Exploded Drawing Debut. Exploded Drawing LXIV Our 64th Official Session

June 6th Exploded Drawing will return to @dadalab.io for our 64th official session. @deantoniparks has spent the last couple of years as a member of Andre3000's band. In his career he has also contributed to projects with The Mars Volta, John Cale, Sade, Flying Lotus, Kendrick Lamar, The GTA 5 soundtrack and many, many more. His first appearance at Exploded Drawing was over 8 years ago and one of our favorite moments in ED history. Multi instrumentalist/producer @bunycalx will be joining us for the first time in many years with loads of new music. Creative beat maker @mu.archival will be joining us from San Antonio.  @yociscokidd will be joining us from Dallas. Austintes @buugee_ and @mommysparrow will both be making their Exploded Drawing debut.   Always ALL ORIGINAL electronic and beat music since 2010. Always $5 to get in. We look forward to seeing you. Funky sample based beat expert Tony Dark will be joining us from Houston. Black Davinciii will be returning for the first time in years to celebrate his new music. dstry and Kuvu are both great Texan Electronic artists we've been following who will both be with us for the first time.

 We are very happy to be celebrating 3 record releases this time around, all from (iN)Sect Records; The self-titled debut from Sources & Methods (Reaganometry & Multi-Tracker), "Refraction" from Eno Obong (Dallas) and "Sketch Book", the new album from Broken Social Scene's drummer, Justin Peroff, under the name JP. Rounding out the line-up are Lucía Beyond (Austin), Dougie Do of Magna Carda and the duo of A.M.
