he's a character that I really enjoy the atmosphere of, his themes are awesome and the areas/contexts he appears in in the game give him such a presence. without spoilers one of the times he appears makes him one of only two characters to have a full screen introduction. i could keep talking about him but just know, the vibes? immaculate

he's also a theatre kid so that's fun

then the other part is from Rinzler from Tron: Legacy

this guy's a lot less known compared to Grimm but if I had to pick between the two it would be Rinzler, every time.

it's really hard to explain who he is without basically explaining the first two movies in the Tron franchise but in Legacy, he's a brainwashed (reprogrammed or rectified is the in-universe term usually) enforcer for the villain of the movie, and in this shot specifically he's acting as the 'final boss' for the main character to defeat.

which i have several opinions about considering he was the main character in the first movie and he was relegated to 'obstacle' in this one but we're not getting into that rn lmao

the reason why my username is 'grimmrinzler' and not 'rinzlergrimm' even though i do like rinzler more is because my name is grimm, so it felt right to put it first. and also because rinzler's name is an homage to J.W. Rinzler, making it technically a last name even though in my head it's a first name because the blorbo.

Tadc & Dandadan

I wanted to draw the tadc as some characters from dandadan since I absolutely love both of these series, so I decided to draw them base of on one of my favorite panels for the next up coming arc. I really liked how they turned our especially the tadc with some of the yokai forms. Character wise I didn’t think much abt the different personalities of the characters but mostly their designs with the dandadan cast

i have a file or folder on my pc that i want to share with other people. let's call it gayshit.mp3

unfortunately gayshit.mp3 is 750mb and im not paying for discord nitro so i need another way to send it

i put it into qbittorrent and it makes a torrent file. this is essentially a very small file that points to gayshit.mp3 so other computers can find it. kinda like a treasure map

i send this tiny file to my friend, who loads it into qbittorrent. their computer takes a moment to find mine over the vast expanse of cyberspace and then (as long as my pc is running and the file is still where it should be), it gets copied from my hard drive to theirs

this is the cool part: if somebody else loads that tiny file, they can download it from both of us. if i'm offline but my friend is on, the third person can still get it. this also means that if two people have separate halves of the file, they can download the other half from each other. as long as some combination of people have the pieces between them, they can all have the whole thing.

crucially this does not require a server!!! you can just upload the file to a few people and as long as they keep it, it's still accessible. as long as somebody, somewhere is still connected, it's available forever. the only way it goes away is if everybody disconnects from it.
