#manipulated to be evil andi ofc.....#bc no other way would she b bad when she's dedicated the last 6 years of her life to helping ppl #which ofc doesn't sound a lot until u realise she was 13 when she got bitten...#BUT FOR ALL VERSES TBF!!!#the wrong people find her and feed her the wrong information and suddenly she's loyal enough to kill for them #because she thinks that what she's doing is right #bc all she's ever wanted to do is something /good/#and it's not a far stretch for her to be killing because she's never had a choice not to. so wy would it be different now yk?#always standing so firm in her beliefs because 'why would they lie to me?'#she's so naive and easilg impressionable that it wouldn't be impossible

andi is a vegetarian because she's seen enough horrors of people eating other people that she just can't stomach it

#she doesn't care at all what other people do #because she knows the people she's shrrounded by now aren't cannibals #but... seeing people being torn apart ever since she could remember has not done her any good #and one time she was so hungry she ended up eating one of the people she killed (who was trying to kill her) out of desperation #she doesn't even actually remember it. just shifting back to her normal self to find their entire chest cavity split open with almost #everything missing.#because.... she ate it.....#vv haunting.... vv nightmare inducing

actually i'm posting these again (but together) because andi genuinely is huge when it comes to her mutation. you'd think, being only 19, she'd be smaller. she's 5'4 as normal, so it must be an awful sight witnessing this teenager begin convulsing and growing until she's more than twice the size of a grown man.

i love every plot i've had where andi's effectively been adopted

#SHE DESERVES IT OKAY!!!!#she was more an obligation to her parents than she was a daughter #there was no love there. they were stupid and got pregnant by mistake and had no way to stop it #and - despite how they acted towards her - they wouldn't be able to live with the guilt of leaving a child to die #so they raised her. but they didn't love her </3 #she deserves to have parental figures that do 🙂‍↕️#me vs found family dynamics <3

thinking abt people teaching andi to fight because, outside of her spider form, she has absolutely no way to defend herself

#she's never had to yk??#with the whole kill or be killed mentality #she's never gone into a fight with the intention of the other person coming out alive because the only people she's ever fought have been #intent on killing (and eating) her #and she knows she needs to be less lethal in a world that isn't filled with cannibals and crazy mfs that want her dead #she has the same kind of unnatural strength most spider people do #but i think it's a little more nerfed considering what her spider form can actually do #(regenerate lost limbs etc... which she lowkey wishes she's never found out)#and the same goes for other verses #bc in re she /doesn't/ want to kill people but it's the only option she's ever had #if she can defend herseld in a way that gives opportunities for escape she rlly would much prefer that #my sweet sad darling creature

#the wrong people finding her....#living in isolation her whole life means she's sooo naive and so easily impressionable #if someone bad found her and convinced her their cause was the right one then she wouldn't know any better #she wants to do good and she wants to help people #if she's promised that helping them would help others she'd so very willingly join them #and when the actual good guys try to help her she's convinced they're the manipulative ones #she's been warned about them and the fact that they'd lie to her and!!#she cld b such an awful person to go against considering who she is and the fact that she's always had a kill or be killed mentality #so she almost always fights to kill </3 #im replies soon i'm vv excited for all these plots thank u for being inch rested in my pookie

i think a lot abt andi and hobie's friendship bc he does wonders for her constant need to be/feel 'normal.' he reassures her that her quirks r what make her her and she shouldn't try and change just to appease people, and that she shouldn't actually give a fuck about what people think.

#which ofc she struggles with at first #bc her 'quirks' seem to b the things that drive people away #and that sense of companionship she sees everybody have - that she can't seem to get - weighs so heavy on her #it doesn't ease entirely until she's a little into her 20's because she is still a child #joined spider society at 17 and is currently 19 but ?? nothing seems to change #but she starts to branch out a lot more around 19 because she's sick of?? having nothing yk #andi finding new people to linger around like a shadow. her inability to read social cues/ppls emotions isn't great so....#unless ur outright telling her u don't want her around she's just?? there
